First century - Some believers.

The Lord’s “harpazo”- All of the rest of the believers (Israelite and Gentile) from the beginning of human creation, both asleep and living.

Next [Revelation 6:9-11, 11:11-12, 15:2-3, 20:4]
Hour of trial (Day of the Lord) - All Israelites who become believers during the period and are killed by martyrdom will be resurrected at the end of the period. There are no other resurrections at the end of the Lord's hour of trial and before the beginning of His millennial Kingdom.

Next [Matthew 24:29-31] [Matthew 25:31-46]
Millennial Kingdom - All mortal believers (both Israelite and Gentile) who survive the hour of trial physically will be gathered and will enter the Kingdom as mortals. They will be resurrected at the end of the period.

Next [Mathew 13:43]
Eternity (the harvest) - All believers from all periods. This will be their entrance into the eternal renovated heavens and earth at the end of the Lord's earthly millennial Kingdom.


Unbelievers: Resurrection To Death

[Matthew 13:40-42] [Revelation 20:12-15]
Great White Throne Judgment - All unbelievers from the beginning of human creation. These human spirits will be destroyed and they will not enter the eternal renovated heavens and earth.


All humans who experience the Lord's hour of trial will have the following destinations:

National Israel:
All believing Israelites who survive physically will enter the millennial Kingdom as mortals (144,000, the wilderness remnant, and those who reside in the nations)

All of the martyrs of the period will be Israelites and they will be resurrected back to physical life to enter the millennial Kingdom.

All other Israelites will not repent and will be killed in unbelief.

Gentiles of the Nations:
All Gentiles who survive physically will be separated and those believers who harbored Israelites during the period will enter the millennial Kingdom. Those who did not do this will not.
