Hello... I am new here n decided to seek the help I need hoping that I will get some good advice.....I am a 26 yr old mother of a beautiful 6 yr old n shes my world......But last night for some reason I began having these visions while I was awake....I've always been able to see spirits n ghosts, even angels but I never that I can recall have seen a demon.....This kept me awake all night because the visions were so scary....When I closed my eyes the demon was standing over me just glaring at me.....When I opened my eyes, even tho my bedroom door was closed tight, the demon was standing in the doorway holding it open.......This usually wouldnt have freaked me out except one huge problem.....The demon that i was seeing last night n today was my daughter.....She's never given me any problems n she's a normal kid but I call her my angel girl......I truly believe she is an angel sent from God to guide me and make me want to be a better person.....I have no idea why I would start seing her as a dead person and then a demon.....It scares me alot......Why would I begin to see her as ssuch when she is the total opposite? Does it mean something horrible is going to happen? Please help me because if I dont get the help then I won't be able to help myself.....Thank you so much and God Bless You All

I have had something similar like that happen to me. Being trapped in a state not asleep but not awake with a woman standing over me in a pink robe and a tall man in a trench coat standing in the doorway even though the door is closed. It's always been my experience that demons like to pervert what is good. Satan is the father of lies. He wants to put doubts and fears in your mind. For the lord has not given you the spirit of fear but a spirit of power.

Usually when you have the ability to see into the spirit in the manner as you described, it is through an 'illegal entry'. I can't think of better words to describe it. I knew a woman who could see auras because she had dabbled into the occult. When she became a Christian, she continued seeing auras. She described mine and others. But she admitted that she started seeing them after her occultic experiences. I counciled her to die to her 'gift' and if Jesus saw fit to gift her in some similar manner, then well and good.

If you remember any way that you opened spiritual doors to the dark side I suggest you renounce it as sin and ask God to close the doors. Ouija boards, seances, pagan rites, chanting, etc. are ways to open such doors. So are things such as getting into satanic movies, tv shows and the like. Vampires, witches, warlocks (charmed & like shows) can open your spirit to the occult. So can certain music.

As a believer you have authority over demons and you can state your authority as a blood bought believer in the Lord Jesus Christ. Command them to go in His name and to stay away from you, your daughter and your home. Get someone to agree with you in prayer. You may wish to do a spiritual housecleaning as was done in the book of Acts. I've seen relief in this way. I've also anointed my home with oil and declared it to be a sanctified abode of the righteous, closed to all unclean spirits. Peace usually becomes tangiable after these acts.

Father, I ask that you to protect my sister and her daughter from every trap of the enemy, and quicken her spirit of any door that is open to the enemy. I ask that you lead her on a course that will lead to peace and protection in her home. In Jesus name I pray, amen.

and something just occurred to me...gifts.

sometimes we accept gifts and have no idea what is attached to
these items. many seemingly innocent "gifts" are not to be in
a Christian home, but sometimes these things seem innocent enough
and we don't think twice about keeping them. some people display
their gifts as a thank you!

anyway, there are other kinds of gifts that may be intangible,
a ticket, a meal, a ride, a manicure...get what i mean? can be
something, or someone that is an influence or would try to usurp
your position, or the authority of Jesus Christ in your life.

test the spirits of all that comes into your house and experience,
not to be paranoid, but becoming aware of circumstances. you
may find that you will become aware of your "gut" response to
things...and until otherwise dealt with...go with these and deal
with these things.

i have had to "close" all the doors, at times, to "see" where the
problem is coming from...then rebuke the lying spirit and speak
the Word of God.

you might want to memorize scripture that deal with spiritual
warfare. this spirit seems to be taunting you about your daughter.
if you know the Word, God will lead you to verses, or otherwise
get 3x5 cards and write them out, until you know them...

remember, we overcome by the Blood of the Lamb, and the
Word of our testimony, and we love not our lives unto death.

put on the armor of God, anoint your home, and speak the
Blood of the Lamb, Jesus Christ over your home and all that
concerns you. He is faithful and will show you.

Good word signet. Jenn, I am not saying that what I wrote about you possibly seeing illegally is what caused what you saw. I don't know. It is a possible cause. Either way, the advice that follows is where I would begin unless you are led by the Holy Spirit differently.

I would add that there are those that are put aside for spiritual warfar. I see it all the time with these kinds of people, were they see of than run. Know who you are in Christ Jesus. This is the best thing. I started with spriptures as stated above.

John 14

When I pray I speek these out as they are trully mine.

Like...Greater is he that is in me than he that is in the world.

Also you should spend some time fasting. This is not because G-d needs you to starve yourself, but this is a time set aside from what ever gives you great pleasure and giving that time to G-d, this time is what brings you closer to G-d, making less of you and more of him that these cowardly demons see. See if they are making themselfs know to you in this way, it is because you as well as your daughter are called to fight these demons.

Do you talk to your daughter about these, my child started to see them when she was 2, and from the first my husband and I teach our daughter to rebuke them, standing on the word, she know has a gift of healing others, and have gone up to others in stores rebuking deamons of strangers and they feel much better afterwords. I believe that these kinds of things dont always happen just because they are doors opened to them, but at times it is because you are called to intersed for others. Try the next time to pray, in the holy spirit, for those that are shown to you, like your daughter. Unlike others, with your daughter, you can go an anoint her bed room and get read of things that might be causeing turble to her. Like there was a demon that was attacted to a doll given by family to her, and I asked her where she seen the demon, I went over there and removed all that was there to see if this helped, it was about a hald full of dolls, and over the next few days after that, I had to divid them and see where she sees that demon, leaving one doll left. I throw it away, and the demon when with it. This also happend because I was talking to some jihova witnesses, they left a tape on my tv cabnet and after about two days of things moving around in my living room and I feeling sick, I went over there and feeling ever worse found that tape, those guys came back and I confronted them about what was happening because of the tape they left, they got all scared and never came back to my house. I found that making share that there isnt others things with spiritural lies like that in my house helped. I had at one point was into historical studies of other religions, but have found it doesnt make it worth knowing when my daughter is being attact. I have found also that when others are causing striff in your life, they bring these things around as well, more so than most other ways. These are the moments that you must find what the will of G-d is with this. I have found that If I am slowed down, put aside, or become very sick when around others I find that these are the ones that I need to pray for. I have found as of late that the Lord showed me through this that I was not to be around others in my life, what i mean by this is to not take councel, or get havealy involved with them. Most need to see thing, for it to hit them over the head inorder for them to move in the right ways.

Here is another thing that i sould bring up, remember not to act out against these demons, they might be playing head games with you, and seeing as they have been around for years, and are great at it, dont play with them, respond to them, meaning talking out things with them but use the WORD ONLY!!!
See when saten himself came to Jesus to tempt him he didnt fight with him or argue with him, but only responded with the word. This is what you much do.
