This was the other night - Sunday or Monday night - don't recall now! I went to an evening service at our church - and all of the people in the d ream save 3 maybe 4 were there and at least 3 of them interacted together within my sight. We have a thing called Cafe Comfort on the 1st sunday evening of every month - it was a little different this time in that it was earlier and followed by a youth led service. Friday when I went to the church to do the newsletter - the pastor and his wife and one of the people not at cafe comfort were there doing the gardening.....that is all real.

The dream
I was at our church. Where I ate my soup at Cafe Comfort on Sunday evening was basically a cubicle. In the dream - the cubicle was a separate building with a lot of windows. In the room around a table were the Pastor, his wife, my friend who is a counsellor and a christian and one other person who's face and therefore name, escapes me. At the top of the drive way - were two people I didn't know.

I think I got out of my car - not sure - but I walked over to a woman from church for whom I've had a previous message - she was walking towards the cubicle. She had some stuff in her arms - asked me to hold her car keys and something else...her arms were quite full. This woman and the pastor's wife are our 'prayer team' for want of a better word. She dropped a looseleaf note pad - the kind stuck at the top with the red gluey stuff. As I bent to pick it up for her I saw the words 'Level' and 'servee'. She grabbed it off me and said - you're not meant to see that....or words to that effect - and I was left feeling rather confused.


When I awoke - I was not sure whether the word was actually level or Evans - which is my last name (maiden name - but the one I go by). It was hand written - printed -not cursive - and I presume nothing like this person's handwriting...it's not her style.


So I've since done a quick search of some foreign language translations to see if there are meanings in other languages for these words other than the obvious ones in English - servee - the person being served and level - even - flat, or you know - another level - a higher level.

So real discernment is needed here - because I believe I need to tell those in the dream that this has occurred. And I have a meeting with the church leadership next Friday to discuss my giftings (I guess) - my perception of the lack of understanding in our church of prophetic giftings and my dreams and the like. I do not know if the pastor will be at the meeting since he is on sick leave.

as I see it,

you have already answered the first...being a servant, or
one who has been served a notice, possibly.

the second, level, is a way of saying humiliy...like a mat,
lowly, not lifted up. and it speaks of balance, also.

with the gifts comes responsibility and always to remember
under the prophetic mantel requires discernment towards
the message and a deep understanding of timing and
sensitivity to His Voice, only.

compassion for those that will hear the message that
will exhort, encourage, edify, clarify and comfort. it must
do these things, for a word spoken in due season is good.

some things can be shared at the level of the body/church
and some things are personal revelations that remain sealed
up for intercession in our private prayer closet.

of the dream, it sounds that it was to intended for you to see
the message that the woman had in her hand, that maybe
she was waiting, it was private, however, she dropped the burden
and you picked it up.

bringing forth a word of wisdom, knowledge, prophetic stirrings,
and rebuke are to be prayerfully considered and should flow
out of the Word. dreamers and dreams are often misunderstood
and suffer from the indifference or spiritual jealousy that comes
with the territory, however, the gifts and calling are irrevocable

when the Word is given, that is all that is needed. the rest is
God's work. no other explanation can be given without diluting
the message, or adding our own interpretation or getting our self
involved in God's business.

you are a dreamer and must really press in to hear God about
the messages you receive and give. i have had to learn this
myself, and it is easy to think everything is for everyone all the time.
that is not the case. get a good understanding and wait on the Lord
until you are clear on all aspects of a dream.

some dreams start the conversation, so to speak, and other dreams
come as confirmations to the active work of God in our lives. you
can read about the giftings in 2 Corinthians, Chapters 12 and 13.
this is the best way to enter into a prayer and discussion with your
church leaders.

allow God to minister out of your reading and
prayer. where ever He sends you He will go...

DECODING : LEVEL + SERVE + EVANS

The word Level is the balance (Lamed).

The word serve is the cross you bear (Tau).

The word Evans = head of intellect, angelic messages, self-reflections,

I AM out of balance - out of kilter. Tonight I'm so tired that standing is just hard! Too tired to read much or concentrate but too tired AND wired to sleep - it's like the second wind has kind of kicked in halfheartedly - I'm past the point of sleep at the moment.

Or greek - forgive me my ignorance but - it's been a 'blonde' few weeks with only a few highlights. Thought I'd lost $50.00 today - forgot completely I spent $49.95 at the butchers! Nearly forgot to buy Number 3's formula, if I'd had the children with me I reckon I would have forgotten them!

Each one of the letter's relate to, Hebrew numbers. Any web link including wikipedia, can educate
the public about the Hebrew standard alphabet. And yes, Lamed and Tau are Hebrew.

Rest...schmest....what is this rest thing?

Today is my meeting with the leadership - I think I told you Crown that my meeting with a particular person from the church was called off - she double booked me....well TODAY - I get home from doing the newsletter for the church - to be greeted with - how long will your meeting last today? Stepdaughter's school exam was moved from the morning to the afternoon - she has her first day at her new part time job starting at 4pm and the exam finishes ( which she assured her father she would finish early) at 4:30. I spat the dummy. Why? Coz everytime I have plans - or try to make plans - something involving stepdaughter pops up to throw a spanner in the works. There are no buses in the area to get her to work on time so daddy has to go pick her up and take her to work. I said that I couldn't cancel the meeting because I'd been trying to get hold of the leadership this morning trying to find out who is preaching next week - not this week....and the one person I did get hold of - isn't attending the meeting today. So I knew I couldn't cancel it. I then suggested husband takes the three toddlers with him because I was not cancelling this meeting. Now I have to walk up to the church - not a problem - and sit out the front or somewhere where the leadership peeps can see me or they won't think I'm there. Plus I need to get the answer from them as to who's preaching next week so I can then print off the newsletter while we're talking. I think it will go longer than an hour - unless they have decided to do something drastic like 'censure' me or something.....coz they don't know everything - they only know about the one prophetic 'incident'. That means I'll have to do some talking. And I don't do good talking.

God is still in control...

in all things give thanks...because the right time will come in the
right season to discuss all that is upon your heart. in the meantime,
God knows what is on your heart because He listens to you...
be still and listen to Him...you will then enter into His rest...let Him
do it for you. ask Him to open the doors that man can shut and
close the doors that no man can open.
