Thanks to our LORD JESUS CHRIST, we now enjoy PEACE OF MIND, PEACE OF HEART, and PEACE OF CONSCIENCE. We have made PEACE with our Maker. We are no longer at enmity with our Creator.
Enmity has been replaced with Love and Forgiveness.
Fear of Judgement has been replaced by Love for our Savior.

The world is in turmoil, both SPIRITUALLY AND PHYSICALLY,…..but we Christians enjoy a SPIRITUAL PEACE, an inner peace, the inner life……….This SPIRITUAL PEACE is just a FORETASTE of the SWEET FELLOWSHIP which we will enjoy when our Lord Returns.

And we look forward to the MILLENNIAL REIGN, when our LORD will rule the world in PEACE, LIFE, AND PROSPERITY. The swords will be turned into pruning hooks, and men will learn war no more.

We look forward to an ENDLESS DAY, ETERNITY FUTURE, after said MILLENNIUM, when sin will be forever vanquished.

Dave Hunt asked the Israelis, “How will you recognize the Messiah when He comes?”……..They answered, “He will bring Peace!”

Sin creates a barrier , a division, a partition wall, an obstacle , ………which prevents close fellowship between persons.
Christ has torn down that PARTITION WALL AND OBSTACLE.

Amen. He has called us to peace. Even in the middle of a war, you can have peace in your heart.
Trust in him, keep your focus on him for he never changes, even if the world around you does, he is the same today, tomorrow and yesterday.

Mat 11:30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

NT believers are "ZEALOUS TO DO GOOD WORKS".
so, Matthew 11;28-30 is not talking about PHYSICAL REST.

it is talking about SPIRITUAL REST from sin, guilt, shame, slavery to sin, foolishness, carnal lusts, fleshly pursuits, ego, self-worship, self-rule, conflict with other "self-gods" (neighbors),




Blessed are the peace-makers...........Jesus said that.
