Small Straws In A Soft Wind by Marsha Burns - - October 25, 2007: My people, you will now begin to see the unveiling of a new order in My kingdom. In this time I will establish truth and justice, and in this process hidden indiscretions will come to light and will be judged, for you are entering a time of disclosure. By the same token, those who have committed sins and have lost fellowship with Me will begin to seek to be restored to their kingdom position. Their restoration will depend on whether or not they are truly repentant. Those who have an ear to hear will begin to raise up a standard of spiritual and moral integrity for this new plateau. You will be required to question what you really believe, and thus define your doctrine more precisely. You will have to examine your code of ethics to make sure that your responses are consistent with the Word. Be on guard, for this new level of kingdom experience will be met with opposition from the enemy. This war will be called the Battle of Integrity as you face circumstances, situations, tests and trials that reveal your heart. War is always required to take new spiritual territory. If you yield to the work of My Spirit, you can win these battles one decision at a time as you establish and maintain integrity. You, My Church, are in a process of preparation, which will result in your being without spot and blameless, says the Lord.
Ephesians 5:25 -27 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her, that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word, that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish.





You sing the song that says, "There is none like You." But I tell you
the truth. "There is none like you!" I the Lord your God could search
for all eternity long and find there is none like you.

You are unique and wonderfully made for a purpose I have purposed in
My heart for this day, this hour, this season for you to come up out
of your despair. I tell you that I am not one to leave things undone.
I am the author and finisher of your faith.

I am here to heal, to restore, to bring hope and give you all the tools
you need to successfully go into this next season. The harvest for this
coming season is great and you need the tools I am giving.

So stand with your hands open to receive these tools by faith.

Resting in the Vine

Isa 28:11-13 NIV
11 Very well then, with foreign lips and strange tongues God will speak to this people,
12 to whom he said, "This is the resting place, let the weary rest"; and, "This is the place of repose" - but they would not listen. 13 So then, the word of the LORD to them will become: Do and do, do and do, rule on rule, rule on rule; a little here, a little there - so that they will go and fall backward, be injured and snared and captured.

Jer 50:6-7 NIV
6 "My people have been lost sheep; their shepherds have led them astray and caused them to roam on the mountains. They wandered over mountain and hill and forgot their own resting place. 7 Whoever found them devoured them; their enemies said, 'We are not guilty, for they sinned against the LORD, their true pasture, the LORD, the hope of their fathers.'

John 15:1-7 NKJV The True Vine
"I am the true vine , and My Father is the vinedresser. 2 Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit. 3 You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. 4 Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine , neither can you, unless you abide in Me.
5 "I am the vine , you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. 6 If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned.

"Beloveds, I want you to REST in ME, knowing that whatever you are concerned about, I am FOR you. I love you, and as a good father loves his children, I LOVE YOU. I will always do what is best for you, even if it means destroying the idols so that you begin to put ALL your trust in ME, instead of your own abilities. I know that it's hard to work and live your life struggling and working so hard. So I provided a rest for those WHO put ALL their trust in ME, and MY ABILITIES, more than their own.

When you are weak, then I am strong. When you are tired, I never get tired. When you can't pray, know that I'm praying FOR you. When you can't laugh, know that I will remove the darkness. When you can only weep, know that I will comfort you and hold your hand through anything that you have to walk through. I AM YOUR COMFORTER and Your Keeper ! I AM THE ROCK upon which you can stand. I AM FAITHFUL, even when you fail. I am not standing there with a whip, rubbing your nose in the mistakes you've made, or the bad decisions you chose. I help you up and out. I want you to learn to trust ME MORE, that you wouldn't get in the messes, or the problems. Just as you would want that for your children. A good parent doesn't berate his child when he feels a failure. He already knows he's failed. What he needs is your love. That is how I AM with you ! I take you into My arms, and I tenderly take away the thorns, and the briars that got into your heart. And I set you on the path which is right.

I tell you there is nothing you can't come to me with. There is nothing you struggle with that I don't see or don't have the wisdom for. Come unto ME I said, all you who are heavy laden and I WILL GIVE YOU REST ! I will give you REST for your souls, that you don't have to strive and struggle. I want you to ENJOY MY COMPANY. I enjoy yours ! I never get tired or weary of you, even if you blow it from time to time. Each failure only builds more humility and character in you, that you will be able to comfort those who also have failed.

I don't want anyone to walk in a pigpen though either. It's not my will to rub your nose in your errors. That is the enemy's job description, but I AM NOT a harsh taskmaster. I correct, but I don't condemn. So as you see yourself or others in the days ahead, failing, remember these words. Remember how I treated the apostles when they failed. Remember how I treated you in the past. Each time you fell, I helped you up again. Just like a child learns to walk, or ride a bicycle, he falls, but you help them get up again and try again. You don't berate them because they fell and messed up. You keep on loving them that they realize how much, so they will try all the harder to obey. LOVE leads to repentance. Think how you want to be treated, and remember not to get into accusing with the many who are doing so now in many venues. Keep away from pointing the finger if you want to be victorious.

STAY on the NARROW PATH of life by keeping abiding in the VINE. I am the VINE, and you are the branches. Apart from ME, you can do NOTHING. So stay in that place of communion with ME. Seek My presence more than things. I am loosing LOVE to all who will come and rest in the VINE. I will smooth out the rough places in your hearts. I will help you through everything that TRIES to come against you. I WILL OVERCOME IT and give you GRACE to overcome it if you just REST in ME. BE My resting place that I can come and dwell in you. Open up your hearts completely to My love and light. For I am SHINING MY LOVE and GLORY."

Ps 132:7-9 NIV "Let us go to his dwelling place; let us worship at his footstool -
8 arise, O LORD, and come to your resting place, you and the ark of your might.
9 May your priests be clothed with righteousness; may your saints sing for joy."

14 "This is My resting place forever; Here I will dwell, for I have desired it.

Majestic Name of Jesus



majestic - regal, royal, grand, stately, imposing, magnificent, splendid, superb



Oh, the majestic name of Jesus!

Who can define its goodness?

Who can recognize the full value of its meaning?



No man on earth can understand all that My name contains, all that it possesses. Know, beloved, that My name is like no other. My name can fight battles in the lives of My dear children. My name will enable My beloved to soar. Recognize that the goodness of the living God and all that His name qualifies you to perform is something that is not understood by man and it is too wonderful for words.



I am the living God, Creator of all. I want you to know that I have given you a valuable gift, the use of My name. It is a name that is to be revered. It is the name above all other names. It is for you to enjoy. Enjoy the full depth of its meaning. Meditate on all that it is to you. Meditate on all that it offers.



I want you to know, beloved, that I, as your God, am extremely proud to call you My own. I want you to know that it is My delight to see you walking in the fullness that your God has for you. I don’t want you to hang back until you believe that you have your life straightened out – have all in perfect order. I want you to come to Me now and receive the life-giving strength that abides in the name, the name above all names. It is a name that you may embrace. It is a name that you may call upon. Call out, and know that I am with you, and the power of My name is working for you.



Identify the living God as He enraptures you in His arms of love and know that He has given you a gift like no other. The gift of His name and all that His name contains.



Take. Receive. Receive all that My name contains, for it is yours, beloved. I died that I might give to you the essence of My love and the fullness of all that My name contains. Take. Receive. Revel in the wonder of all that I have provided. Know that it far exceeds anything the world could offer. There is no name under the sun that could surpass the name of the living God, no name at all.



So take this free gift that is offered to you. Take it! Meditate on the wonder of it and thank Me for it. Thank Me for all that My name contains, even those things that you have yet to realize. Thank Me, and see, beloved, the unfolding of a new time of power, a new hour of power that will envelop your heart. For My name, spoken in tones of trust, will bring forth an hour like no other, an hour that will be identified as an hour of great wonder and truth shining forth.



I gave you My name, dear one. I gave it to you freely. Take it. Make use of it. Thank Me for it, and see the developing of a new hour, a wonderful new hour, as you walk in the majesty of all that the Beloved’s name contains, all that it offers one who is called by My name, My very own beloved!!!

The season of restoration has begun. For some it will be a time of great rejoicing as My hand works on their behalf, but for others in My church who have been busy building their own kingdoms, they will see destruction come quickly into their projects.

This is the season that I have chosen to restore what the locusts have eaten.

This is a season when you will see great and mighty works by My hand. You will see your mountains moved. You will behold My glory and know that I Am God and it is I, not man, who has moved your mountain.

Stand in faith and know that I Am your Defense; I Am your Shield; I Am your Healer; I Am your Ever-present Help in times of trouble; I Am your Comfort and I Am your Provider. Do not look to man to do what only I can do, says the Lord.

Give to Me what belongs to Me as I will not share My glory with flesh. As you behold My miracles do not look at the vessels I use. They are only instruments in My hand.

Know that I love you and that it is My desire to roll away the reproach from your life so that all shame will vanish in the light of My glory. I love you with an everlasting love. I call you "friend". So do not fear, for I Am with you. Do not be dismayed for I am your God. I will strengthen you and I will help you. I will uphold you in My Righteous Right Hand.

My children will not be left orphans. They belong to Me and no one can remove them from My hand.

So come boldly to My Throne of Grace and behold My salvation, My provision and My love. You will not be ashamed.
