Small Straws In A Soft Wind by Marsha Burns - - October 24, 2007: Be aware that you may be seduced by numerous distractions that would be unproductive, a waste of time, energy and resources. Be alert and stay focused in order to avoid any level of dissipation. This is a time of restoration, of conservation, of preservation and of gathering. It is not a time to allow distractions to cause you to be scattered or to be spread too thin. Quiet your soul when temptations come and judge the outcome of your decisions. Be strong and resolute, says the Lord.
1 Corinthians 10:13 No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.

Some of you hear the clock ticking, and you wonder when and how I will
deliver and answer; and you wonder why the wait. My timing is set according
to My own wisdom.

Why ponder such things, My dear? The work is to believe.

You look at solutions which I know will only be temporary. I have much
better plans for you.

I have shown you, My jewel, how I work. Observe My process of making fine
jewels through pressure and refinement. I do not make them in one day. My
precious one, you are my jewel. I have watched over you, and I have
nurtured you and blessed you, even when you have thought it was too hot to
endure. I was in the fire with you. I will never leave you nor forsake you,
My love. Have faith in Me. Have faith in My love, for I have proven that it
is real to you, time and time again.

You are being formed and made for My glory.

Word of the Lord October 2007
by Prophetess Phyllis Ford
carpenterstouch1@aol.com

The winds of reformation are blowing; correction and order are being established in this hour. I am sifting and shifting, purging and turning, changing and transforming your lives as you yield them to me. I am preparing a people who will fight and contend for the faith that must be upheld at this time, says the Lord. So come and dwell (tabernacle) in my presence, and in prayer and fasting unto me and know that even in your time of desperation I will give you peace and rest.

In this time many of your hearts have waxed cold because of discouragements and disappointments, instead of allowing me to transform and shape your life's pathway. Don't turn away, my beloved ones, but let me conform and renew your spirit. Don't let the fear and anxiety of your crisis cause you to move away from that which you truly need and that which will truly change your situation. Cast your cares upon me.

So arise in this season and allow me to change the things that need to be changed and allow the destruction of those things that are falsehoods, so that I may rebuild the waste places, and then you will be able to stand with kingdom strength and dominion, saith the Lord of Host. For out of the reformation, I shall bring true body ministry, corporate anointing, and divine healing in the Body of Christ. Rejoice and give praise with a heart of joy and gladness. Out of a glorious shout of praise I shall lift and encourage you to victory. In that place of praise, wisdom and understanding shall be your portion. You will have clarity and sharper discernment. In times pass, your discernment has been clouded by compromise.

Cleanse yourselves and be refreshed, vessels of the House of the Lord. I have set my plans and my mandates: they are ready and prepared for you to accomplish. In this new year and new season, I have set in place a purification where you may go in and be whole again, says the Lord.

I am establishing a new order even in this time that will provide a new understanding and even a new direction. I shall transform nations and the miraculous will be done at the hands of a "sold out" people - many of whom have been in obscurity on the backside of the dessert, but now they are being healed, restored, and anointed for my purposes, says the Lord. For this is the time that you will hear of an Apostolic - Prophetic Uprising destroying the works of evil in nations, systems, and even laws for the destiny of my people to be fulfilled. For a battle is raging, and the time of this confrontation is nigh at the door, and a mighty army is preparing and building, and is ready to be deployed.

Prophetic Insights:

The Lord said that Canada will need much prayer during this time: a great shaking is coming and some of her consequences of her unholy alliances and hidden agendas have come up before Him. These things are about to be uncovered. But judgment will be released upon the perpetrators of this betrayal.

Things that have already settled in the heavens are being truly prepared upon this earth right now. This is a time to yield our lives over to God to direct us, and even protect us, and to allow Christ to be realized in our lives in such a way that we begin to see the big picture of what He has called us to in the first place. We are now in a seven year period where the purposes and plans of God are going to be established and performed.

The Lord said that this was the most significant times of the Jewish calendar. There is going to be a tearing down and a building up at the same time in this season and the very hand of the Lord (five fold ministry) shall perform it. Deceptions and deceivers are being uncovered. Sound doctrine is being reestablished so that the people may be purified and the streams of life and ministry that will flow from it will be purified also. We will see great apologies and reconciliations in the Body of Christ.

The Lord said that many of His people were fearful and even battling with the very process that would break them forth into true victory. He literally said "Don't despise the process that many of you are going through, because it is the process that I will use to bring your ultimate resolve and personal victory." At one point we would not lay still on the operating table to be worked on by the Lord, and now some of us have stayed on the table too long, in recovery too long.

6 PROPHECY: / Daily Prophecy Corner / PROCLAIM VICTORY BY MY SPIRIT by Marsha Burns 10/23 on: Today at 07:26:51am
Small Straws In A Soft Wind by Marsha Burns - - October 23, 2007:

Now is the time to take command of the situations that you have fallen victim to. Have you forgotten that I have given you authority over all of the powers of darkness arrayed against you? Rise up and forbid the enemy to undermine your faith or to wreak havoc or bring destruction. Take your position as a warrior and speak to your mountain of trouble. Whatever you prohibit on earth is prohibited in the spirit realm, and whatever you allow on earth is allowed in the spirit. Pull yourself up to the full measure of the faith that I have given you and make your declarations. Proclaim victory by My Spirit, says the Lord.

Matthew 16:19 "And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven."

Father Knows Best
by Frances Lloyd
Daily Golden Footprints

Tuesday October 23, 2007

Although sometimes God's requirements seem difficult, they are for your own good. Remember when you were a child. Your mother would make you stop doing things at times. Maybe you were playing to close to the street. She was only doing it for your protection. God has things that He is doing for our protection or for our good. It may not look that way at all at first, but Father knows best.

God has specific plans for you. He has specific ways for us to live. Does it seem like sometimes things have gotten off a little? Many times we will find the problem right in our speech. And then our follow through…

Are we truly searching for God with all our hearts? Are we feeding on the Word daily and walking in His favor? If we truly love the Father, then we will be striving to keep His Word.

(John 14:24) He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me.

He has sent His Holy Spirit, our comforter, to teach you're his Word and help you to live in it.

(John 14:26) But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

We are to keep His Word and seek Him with a whole heart. Some will make excuses, "I am not perfect, so why should I try?" Use your faith and God's help. He will help you succeed in walking in His ways. Cherish His Word and seek Him with all your heart and strength.

(Psalms 119:1) Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the LORD.

(Psalms 119:2) Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart.

(Proverbs 3:4) So shalt thou find favor and good understanding in the sight of God and man.

How can we live every single Word if we are not washing our minds in them daily? And don't kid yourself, every single word is important. (Romans 12:2) And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. You will never recognize the will of God in a situation unless your know His Word about it and study it regularly. Did you ever memorize a poem or some spelling word? Years down the road, you may or may not recall it when you would like to. I have found that when I don't use spelling myself but on spell check, I don't remember it as much. It is the same with math. If we use a calculator, sometimes we forget our times or additions. The Word of God is different but alike in some ways. It is alive. It is something that we must feed on daily and continually the rest of our lives. Our minds must be washed daily in the Word of God.

(Proverbs 3:1) My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments:

(Proverbs 3:2) For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee.

(Proverbs 3:3) Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart:

(Proverbs 3:4) So shalt thou find favor and good understanding in the sight of God and man.

(Proverbs 3:5) Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

(Proverbs 3:6) In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

The Word of God must be kept in front of our eyes, always.

(Proverbs 4:20) My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings.

(Proverbs 4:21) Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart.

(Proverbs 4:22) For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.

For several years when I first began to hear about the importance of the words that we speak, I would make excuses or get angry. I thought Kenneth Copeland was hard and cruel. (I think he has mellowed a little) I found that He was speaking a lot of truth to me which I found hard to live at the time. But, I found out that God's ways are the best ways.

It is true that we have to grow into the position that He wants us to be in, but first of all we have to recognize that when there is anything wrong in our lives, it is not God's fault. It is always our fault either through sin or lack of knowledge . I thought for a long time that God "understood" and would not fault me for my wrong confessions. I was so wrong. By continuing to speak things that do not line up with the Word of God, I was preventing God from moving in my life. It is true for you as well.

Some of the things that I hear from so many in their prayer requests which prevent God from moving for them is "Why didn't God do it? Or "I guess God didn't do it for me." Or "I always mess up." Or "I don't know how I am going to pay this bill!" Even in your prayer requests and your prayers you must learn how to ask God using the correct speech. Add praise to your prayers. "Father, I know that your words says… (just fill in a promise) and I just want to thank you that you have done it for me." That is praying His Word and giving thanks at the same time.

Speaking of the words you speak, it does matter what you say. "I am dying here." "I could just die." "You are killing me." "That just kills me." You can't just call it "a saying." It must line up with the Word of God. He really wants to meet your needs. He is looking carefully for the opportunity. We must take our words under control of our Spirit and speak only what God says.

For example: "I haven't seen the materialization yet, but I know that it is done in Jesus name." or "I may have messed up in the past but with God's help that is the past and I will succeed every time now." "No, I don't know how I am going to pay this bill, but I know that God knows how He is going to pay this bill."

(Proverbs 18:21) Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

Father truly knows best. He will show you what to say and do to produce life in you. It is His perfect will to bless you. Give Him the opportunity . (3 John 1:2) Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.

In Him,

Pastor/Prophetess Frances Lloyd

Oct 23 2007 07:00AM

October 23, 2007 (English y en Espanol-al final). Hope for the future. You have been discouraged and disheartened. Cloudy skies have become more common. It is difficult to look forward when all seems hopeless. You cannot look to those around you because they seem caught up in their own successes and happiness. No one offers you help. But I say to you, lift up your head unto the hills from whence comes your strength. I am the Lord of the hills and the mountains. I am also Lord of the deepest and darkest valleys. Refresh yourself in My scriptures and prophetic words I have spoken to you over the years. Renew your mind in fellowship with Me. Bask in the joy of My presence. Your best days are yet to come. Look up. Hope for the future.

Proverbs 23:18 "Surely there is a future , and your hope will not be cut off." Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for wholeness and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope."

October 22, 2007 (English y en Espanol-al final). Wings of the Winds. You well remember the first time I allowed you to ride the winds with Me as we toured My secret places. I should you things to come. Take note as I reveal more and more to you. You are standing upon the edge and the cusp of great breakthroughs in all areas of human life on the earth. I am the Architect, the Grand Designer and the building of all things to come. You will see, observe and employ My Heavenly handiworks as no one has ever been able to do. Remember, all I have is yours as My gift to you, My chosen child. Wings of the winds.

Psalms 104:2-4 "He wraps himself in light as with a garment; he stretches out the heavens like a tent and lays the beams of his upper chambers on their waters. He makes the clouds his chariot and rides on the wings of the wind. He makes winds his messengers, flames of fire his servants."

11 PROPHECY: / Praise and Devotionals / THE WHISPER OF GOD by Michelle Molina 10/23 on: Today at 07:06:35am
THE WHISPER OF GOD
“My presence will go with you and I will give you rest.” Exodus 33:14

Mount Horeb is a place where first Moses and then later Elijah found refuge during times of persecution. The name Horeb means desolation, and by the examples of these two men of God implies that even in a time of desolation we can find the presence of God. Moses and Elijah did. They both had a revival encounter with the Almighty. Though everything around them was totally barren, God brought His people to this place to find Him. Why find Him in a desert place? In a place of desolation and barrenness? It's usually because in times like these, God prepares His servants for His presence – His glory – in their lives.

Out of their barren place comes a new dependency on God. We can choose to respond in other ways other than to climb Horeb in our pain, but if we don’t seek out the Lord, nothing but our pain or fears will remain. When we seek and find Him in our pain, we find His presence – the glory of God – and that changes us. Our circumstances may stay the same, but God in us has changed.

Moses asked the Lord when he was in the cleft of the rock near Horeb, “If I have found favor in your sight, show me your way that I may know you.” Moses was saying to God, “I know what you can do. I have seen you in the burning bush. I have seen your power in the plagues of Egypt. I have seen what the mighty blast of your breath will do to the Red Sea. But that is not enough. I don’t want to only see what you can do. I want to know you.”

To know God’s ways is to know His heart. It is like I know my closest friends. I know what they are capable of doing. I know their skills and abilities and how they are able to exert their strength at times to get things done. I know their problem solving abilities and their people skills. Many people that work with them know what they are able to do as well. But I know that there is more to them than that. I know what is in their hearts. I know what they likes and don't like. I know what makes them smile and what can break their hearts.

Anyone who is a Christian can know God like this. All are welcomed by God to know what is in His heart. Do you know what made Him smile this morning? Do you know what broke his heart last night? Do you know what He whispers to those who really care to listen to Him beyond the prayer lists that they recite and wait for answers to? He will show you more than what is able to do for you in answer to prayer. He wants to show you His ways – the things that are in His heart.

We all know that souls are close to His heart at all times. But there are a lot of other things that make Him smile that we can do everyday to please Him. Not to get anything out of Him---just to please Him.

Look at when Elijah ended up on Mount Horeb. He had just had one of the single most incredible days of his life. He had challenged the prophets of Baal, and saw the one true God answer by fire. What, in his mind, should have been the catalyst to revival in Israel, actually began a time of torment for Elijah. Jezebel, motivated by a spirit of antichrist, vowed to hunt him down, and upon hearing that, Elijah’s heart melted within him. He fled south to Horeb and stayed there.

I can only imagine what went through his mind. He expected revival to break out, only to lose hope of revival ever coming to Israel. When we lose hope, we lose faith. Proverbs says that hope deferred makes the heart sick (13:12). I know personally that when I lose heart over anything, discouragement becomes a constant battle. Perhaps Elijah even thought that he had somehow failed God and had he done something differently, things would have come out another way.

It was there that Elijah decided to quit all that he was living for and wait for his death. He wouldn’t kill himself, but prayed that God would do the deed. In that cave, despair gave way to pity. Self pity can be a cave any of us can move into if we are not careful. Unless we guard ourselves against it, there is nothing that will keep us out of it when the evil day comes.

I love the Lord and what He did here! He saw Elijah there and summoned him. God called him out of his cave and told him to go and stand out on the mountain before the Lord. As Elijah obeyed God, God came and met him there. Notice it was AS ELIJAH OBEYED that God came to meet with him.

“And as Elijah stood there, the Lord passed by, and a mighty windstorm hit the mountain…but the Lord was not in the wind. After the wind there was an earthquake, but the Lord was not in the earthquake. And after the earthquake there was a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire. And after the fire there was the sound of a gentle whisper.” (I Kings 19:11-12)

When God wants to lead us to a place of new blessing, or greater authority, He has to bring us to a place, apart from all other support systems we have set in place for our lives, and in that place that He brings us, alone, we find Him. Our strength and wholeness can only come from Him.

Elijah recognized that whisper. The presence of God was coming so he wrapped his face in his mantle to keep from looking into the face of God. (I think I may have wanted to risk it and peek!) Who knows if this very ground that Elijah stood on was the very place that Moses was, the cleft of the rock, when the Lord passed by him.

Can you hear God’s whisper? Are things in your life so busy that you never are able to pull aside and meet with God in His presence and, in that stillness, hear His voice whisper? He is not talking to us at that time about all of our prayer needs or the needs of others. He is revealing His heart to those who want to know it. To get to know Him and what makes him smile.

He won’t fight for our attention. He will wait until we choose to seek Him above all other things. We live in a society that keeps us running all the time. We can’t even escape and be alone in our cars since the age of cell phones has come upon us. If we don’t fight the demands of this life and get past them to a quiet place, the rest of God’s presence will continue to elude many of us in the church.

Although Elijah never saw revival come, he prepared the way for it to come. Of all the prophets, it was Elijah’s anointing – his mantle – that is spoken of in reference to John the Baptist. The one who prepared the way for the King of King’s, the Messiah who would bring the greatest revival to the entire world, is compared to Elijah. How awesome is that?!

You may be in a time of desolation yourself. But if you understand the spiritual significance of this sterile season in your life, hope will continue to abide in your heart. It is not a season of death, but a season of preparation. It was in desolate season that both Moses and Elijah found the vision they needed for the next step of their lives. If you will make the decision, in a season such as this, to do as the men of God did and get alone with God, seek His face and wait until He speaks, fresh vision for your life will come.

The greatest thing we can do in this time is to be still. Do nothing. Wait. And stay patient. You don’t have to worry about finding God. He will find you!!

Living for the Call,
Michelle Molina
