My sister-in-law's 2yrs old son behaves strange by telling that he is able to see his grandfather near the door and sometimes inside the house[He never seen his grandfather in his life except in photo]. I feel bit worried after hearing from his mother about his strange behaviour. I am afraid whether it is wrong spirit misguiding the kid.I think normally dead people will not come like this only bad spirit will do like that to fool us.My sister in law started beleiving that her father is coming to her house to see her family.Is it true?. Please help me to know the fact.

You are absolutely correct! This "man" is NOT the child's grandfather but indeed a demon. Read what the Bible has to say on the matter.

When one dies, he "sleeps" in the dust until either the first ressurection (the ressurection of the righteous) or until the second ressurection (the ressurection of the lost).

Those dead (asleep) in Christ will be raised at the last trumpet sound at the Second coming.

SInce, his grandfather long been deceased I do not think it is "him". This is a familiar spriit which are a type demonic spirit. Necromancers if they are actually "talking to the dead" as they claim are really in contact with familiar spirits. Familiar spirits operate by acting as ghosts, poltergeists, they pretend to know things about the family and loves ones. The Bible forbids necromancy and contact with familir spirits. There is a really good reason for this.

Years ago I saw thins lady who ran a new age shop out on the street on a day that our city does sspecial events. She was talk about channeling what people tought. I told her directly it is not a person but a familair spirit. Surprsingly she told me she was well aware of this... then I asked if she knew if familair spirits "lie". And she said soemtimes they do. So then I said if a familiar spirit lies how do you know if the channelled info is correct...she just kind of shut her mouth after that.

Anyway what he is seeing is a familiar spirit.

Did you know that the Jewish faith does not teach about a 'hereafter'? The ancient Hebrews did not have the hope of the ultimate sacrifice of Christ. Yes, they will share in it because of the ressurection. But their souls do rest in Abraham's bosom.

A couple of dead guys appeared to Jesus while He was praying on Mount Tabor. So if you see dead people it is possible that this is biblical.

Just curious, where did you find the information on 'familiar spirits'. I've never heard the term before. I'd like to share it with some people I know who dabble in this sort of thing.

One part of the Bible 1 Samuel 28:3-13 Speaks of when Saul was seeking after the Spirit of Samuel he seeked out a Women with a familiar spirit (demon spirit) I think it was first mentioned in Leviticus 19:31 God Commands the people NOT to seek after wizards and regard not them that have familiar spirits (KJV) Familiar Spirits are demon spirit who possess mediums to IMATATE dead people, make non- bible predictions, and promote doctrines (Their doctrine) ect. This was NOT Samual that appeared unto Saul 1 Chr. 10:13 makes this clear....The women in Acts 16:16 had a spirit of python people with this type of spirit become swollen and give answers in a frenzied state of mind. Perry Stone did a great study on this not long ago. He was talking about the name "Familiar spirit" why they are called Familiar even goes back to Generational curses these spirits are "familiar to this particular family" so that when a father for example dies his fathers spirit ( the spirit that controlled him) then follows the sons or daughters trying to bring the destruction the the sons and on down the family line... That's why it's important to have that JESUS blood line in your family...Satan can't curse what God has blessed and he can't cross over that Blood line that Jesus has for us. Any spirit who denies Christ's sacrifice and His ressurection is not a good spirit...so we are called to test the spirits...

Amen flyingsquirrel! Even Satan appears as a spirit of light. Demons love to entice people so it's not going to seem harmful at first. But after you have given into the demon spirit and entertain them they will torment and try to destroy. I have had to rebuke them from my home before. Even my bedroom. I had one jump onto my bed a few times and curl up right next to my back. I thought I was dreaming the first few times but was suspicious. The time it curled against my back I was WIDE awake with my eyes closed...Talk about getting the anointing oil I took that oil ALL over my home inside and out and prayed it out of there...It's NOT happened again. But if it does I'm ready!! I got my war boots on ( love that song) not to mention my sword (word of god) people need to be fasted and prayed up!!!..
