THE BIBLE, 1000 YEARS AT A TIME.


CREATION 4000 BC

1000 years of no Law, no prophets, no priests, no govt., no kings, no Holy Spirit, no Judges

these people knew about Adam and Eve’s ORIGINAL SIN (THE FALL)……..Adam had told them.

it ended with only 8 righteous souls (Noah and family)

it didn’t produce righteousness, a flood of love, or a harvest of souls for God’s family.


FLOOD……. 3000 BC

These people had the GREAT WITNESS, THE GREAT WARNING of God’s Great Punishment for sin (the Flood was a recent memory, and was a great story of notoriety).

They knew that God meant serious business about sin and punishment………..Noah had told them.

It ended with ……God selected 1 man of Faith (Abraham) to be the FATHER OF ALL WHO BELIEVE GOD.


ABRAHAM LIVED…….. 2000 BC

ABRAHAM, ISSAC, AND JACOB/ISRAEL became the fathers/patriarchs of a nation, ISRAEL.

ISRAEL WAS THE ELECT NATION , CHOSEN BY GOD TO BE A LIGHT AND WITNESS TO THE WORLD.

GOD USED THE NATION ISRAEL TO BRING INTO THE WORLD …….THE OT, THE NT, AND THE MESSIAH.

ISRAEL made a lot of mistakes, which we read about, and we learn from their mistakes/and their successes.

It ended with the era of the Kings. Israel wanted to be like the other nations. They rejected God , and installed an earthly King.


SAUL/DAVID/SOLOMON……..1000 BC

Not one king was adequate. Every king had failures. Many kings were terribly wicked and caused Israel to sin.

ISRAEL went into captivity into ASSYRIA/BABYLON, and God rescued them from Captivity.

It ended with the PHARISEES/SADUCEES/HERODIANS, mostly “children of the devil” as per Jesus.


THE TIME OF CHRIST…….0 BC/AD

The nation ISRAEL had failed to produce fruit. Jesus was seeking good fruit.

So, Jesus killed the OT system of OT Law of Moses, and created a new entity, the CHRISTIAN CHURCH.
The CHURCH is better than the OT ELECT NATION ISRAEL, in that ISRAEL was not saturated with the Holy Spirit…………the Church is BAPTIZED, SATURATED, IMMERSED AND SUBMERGED INTO, FILLED WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT,…….and the fruit of the HOLY SPIRIT is the Good Fruit that Jesus seeks.
Galatians 5;22


2000 AD

JESUS returns bodily to JERUSALEM, and HE reigns in JERUSALEM for a thousand years. He forces the world to live in peace and prosperity and the knowledge of God.

It ends with a great rebellion against God.


3000 AD
Then , we go into a SINLESS EVERLASTING DAY, ETERNITY FUTURE.
