The fingerprint of God. What is it... really?
Is it mentioned in the Bible?

God's love of course!
But l have more to say.
You know me..always willing to elaborate in a simple sort of way.
I've grown weary of defending against the psychology behind typecasting groups of people headed to a slaughter created by the words of men. Words that cause dissension, bickering and confusion.
I wanted to discuss this because l believe God showed me something in greater fullness the other day while reading through yet another clinical, critical, critique that doesn't have His fingerprint of love upon it. l've learned to stir clear, for the Lord makes himself known in this manner.
(I'm reminded of Moses striking the rock and the consequences of not sanctifying the Lord).
The sifted dross becomes as monster created by those not willing to reserve the portion that's true, honest, just, pure, lovely, and of good report. And l bring this report to you by the grace and goodness of God. When there is some virtue, give him praise for mercifully keeping those who think on these things.... and remain in his word....under the shadow of his wing.
Movements become a "monstrous heresy" for those not sticking closely with Gods word.
As long as the Holy Spirit remains we will find him amidst the work and words of those who love him and are called according to his purpose.
Take the Charismatic movement...
What was God's intended message in the first place?
To awaken the work of the Holy Spirit in a church that was leaning leeward.
But like everything that touches the flesh of men it become corrupt. But just because it became corrupt doesn't mean the original intended purpose of God wasn't made manifest and received in the good soil of hearts who love God and are called according to his purpose...
The dubious things will be outgrown by those who continue in this. Red faced they will turn from the dross and continue at a quickened pace down the road to victory, adorned with wisdom and humbled by the mercy and grace of God. Let's not crack the whip of words over the backs of those still in the race.
I'm thankful he knows the heart of men and is still willing to share himself us!
So let's not allow the sifted dross to become a monster we create through a lack of humility and dim recognition of Gods grace and mercy... Lets continue to see his fingerprint of love before our minds eye and receive the reward of more... More sight...more hearing... and more to give.
Well the Lord also said the same thing to me, although not in those words Miki
His Word is eternal and time will bring the reality of His truths to His people. He is gracious and open the eyes of those that must see. His elect WILL see. We are not to worry about sharing something that is rejected, or misunderstood, it is not up to us to bring revelation, that is the work of God's Spirit. We are to preach the truth of the Gospel in and out of season. The rest is up to God and He is well able to perform it.love C

Hey C!
Hey Mik! Here is your 'LITERAL' interpretation of the FINGERPRINT OF GOD!!
"And he gave unto Moses, when he had made an end of communing with him upon mount Sinai, two tables of testimony, tables of stone,
written with the finger of God." [u]~Exodus 31:18
WRITTEN WITH THE FINGER OF GOD ON THE TWO TABLETS OF STONE
Yep, it always comes back to the Word

Then let's sum up the law.
John 13:34
A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.

As long as you realize that includes loving our enemies, which means we must love those who have not repented. Easy words to say, but I hear people hating them every day. Love them, my brothers.
