As some of you on this forum know briefly about a my daughter and a non related family fighting for custody rights to my child.
I really need some wisdom in making some decisions. The case needs to be closed out before her GAL leaves and delays everything again. There are a lot of issues to address. I am considering filing an appeal since the case is unconstituional. If anyone know something about cpurts--- the Probate court does nopt jurisdiction for custody matters. I could go into a ton more detail.
I really need prayer for wisdom and confirmation that I headed in the right direcion. I don't ask this often...but I am having a proble overcoming the fear that justice will not be served. I am also currently under duress as admitted by the judge.
