Dearest Heavenly Father God of refuge and love, thank you so much for keeping my family and many others safe from the strong storm that passed our way on July Fourth. Many trees were blown down and many homes including ours had holes put in them. But not one life was hurt. Thank you for keeping us all safe. Lord you are so great and full of mercy and grace. With our you I can do nothing but because of you and in you I can do all things through your strength and wisdom and courage my faith is in you Lord and nothing can take that away. You have answered so many prayers and I have to say thank you for answering in Your Way. Lord I lift up to you all people who are addicted to drugs of any kind Lord so many people are searching for the answeres in the wrong places. Lord I pray for every one of them Father God intercede and shower them with the Holy Spirit may they see you coming and hear you calling them to a home much greater then what we live in today. Father God I know that you are already working in many addicts lives who I have been praying for, things are happening and eyes are being opened. I pray for Joey as he is in rehab strengthen him and bless him with a new way of life. Father God you are so good to me and it is because of you that I am even here today. Lord I lift up to you the little girl who had been kidnapped and her family killed, Lord she is going to need all the strength that she can get from you I pray for her dad too comfort their hearts and may they lean on you for the peace that passes all understanding. Again thank you so much for answered prayers, many times we fail to see them because we are looking for them to be answered in our way, but Your way is greater and You know what you are doing. Continue Lord to strengthen me and all who read and post in this forum. May a soul be saved because of something they read here. May we all be affective wittnesses for you and may your name be glorified in all we say and do. Forgive us our sins and forgive us when we fail to glorify and lift you up. Untill You come to take your children home keep Your angels of protection upon us and keep us filled with the Holy Spirit. We love you Lord because You first Loved us, Thank You for Your Son Jesus and for Salvation. It will be so wonderful to get home and see You face to face and thank You for all you have done and for all that You are to us. In Jesus Name I Pray, AMEN....

A great thread to bring back! Now we have a "Praise His Name" and a "What has he done for you"!

Grandaddy is in good health again. It is only by the working of the Lord Jesus in the wonderful man's life and the prayers of a loving family that he is back with us. I have not burdened the forum and could not have put the grief into words anyway. But he is back praise God and I want to tell yuo the strength of the man and his faith in our Lord, the tears he shed every time he says the name of Jesus...make this world worth living in.

Isn't it wonderful to have Someone who loves us as He does...who cares like He does?!!!!! I can't even imaging my life w/o Him...it would be a sad and scary place!!!!!
