I Beleive it from cover to cover - everything happend the way it was written - and everything will happend the way it was prophesied.


Spiritually:

I Beleive the words of the Bible are meant to be read Spiritually. Meaning that it is good stories that did not happend the way it was written, IE: Moses did not really see a burning bush, but he wrote the ten commandments as he felt in his heart. and the Red Sea crossing could have been the Reed Sea, which have shallow waters.

Ah, but the answer is not only in one of the above
The "letter" of the Bible is written to Israel (OT) So it applies to them
However the "spirit" of the OT is written to the believers or church.
The "called out ones" are the people of the SPIRIT. We see and hear and follow , not the letter, but the spirit.Rev 19:10 ............. for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

So , yes everything happened for real, but then when you and I read , for instance about David and Goliath, we are shown many things in the spirit, that transcends the letter of the history
David , when we look in the spirit, is a picture of the believer and Goliath , the "giant" that stands against the believer (ex: sin) So if we look at how David took on Goliath, we get to see how God wants us to do it.
For instance: 5 smooth stones (5 senses) from the brook (5 senses washed by the water of the Word)
David comes to the "problem" in the Name of the Lord. The problem is conquered when David first speaks the WORD.
More pictures are hidden in the spirit: David killed a lion and a bear. Same images as in Revelation.Then Goliath becomes the image of the Beast and we see how the believer will fight against the Beast army ....etc.
All OT history, is them also for us , to understand in the spirit, when we pray and ask the Holy Spirit to open its meaning to us.

Yes, C is right. The scriptures all happened as written literally......it is HISTORY! We must understand that history repeats. Ecc. 1:9 Therefore-History is Prophecy. First the letter THEN the Spirit. The letter KILLS but the Spirit gives LIFE! For example- The Harlot riding the Beast to kill the Man of God types are all over the scriptures.

When Jezebel was the Harlot she rode Ahab the Beast ruler of the 10 tribes to kill the man of God Elijah.

When the Jews were the Harlot they rode the Roman Beast to kill the Man of God Jesus.

When Herodias was the Harlot she rode Herod the Beast to kill the Man of God John the Baptist.

When Potifar's wife was the Harlot she rode Potifar the Beast to put Joseph the Man of God in prison.

When Cain was the Harlot who offered a false religious offering he rode the Beast (his body) to kill the man of God Abel.

This repeats all through the scriptures. In OUR day, the Harlot will ride the Beast to kill US. Do you know who the Harlot is? The Beast? I do. The BEAST= the United Nations Global One World Government The HArlot=All false religions that will come against all who claim the real Jesus Christ that reject the mark and the beast system.

Hillary will be the first woman to rule the U.S. which will rule over the U.N. The Harlot is about to mount the Beast. Watch for the "Hate Crimes" bill and the "tolerance" spirit. We are being setup.......
