September 24, 2007 Heavenly wisdom. You have chosen well to ask for My wisdom. My wisdom is not of this world. Rather, the source of it is in Heaven itself. You have sometimes prayed for confusion to fill the camp of your enemies. King David prayed that same way and I answered him. But you do well to also ask for heavenly wisdom in your situation. And when you ask for this wisdom I will answer with an abundance of wisdom when you ask and doubt not. The Holy Spirit searches the depths of My heart and He will make My wisdom known to you. I know all things, the past, present and future and I will reveal such things to you, if you but ask. Heavenly wisdom.

Yom Kippur Begins
Last week, we began the season of 5768 with the "Blowing of the Trumpets." YOM T'RUAH--the FEAST OF TRUMPETS--begins the season each year. Ten days later, God ordained the day called, "YOM KIPPUR, the DAY OF ATONEMENT." You might not be aware that Yom Kippur begins tonight at sundown, but all of us need to understand the importance of this day. We are not under the law of the Feasts. God's people operate in the fulfillment of these Feast times. We are a people that should move in forgiveness and release throughout the entire year ahead. We should be a people filled with compassion. Compassion leads us to miracles and healings. Let's ask the Lord to set us in His perfect order as we enter this year.
We are living in times to examine ourselves, seek repentance and make restitution. Kippur is linked with the word "redemption." Success occurs when we are centered in God's redemptive plan for our lives. By praying and seeking the Lord and allowing the Spirit of God to cleanse us, our vision becomes refined. We find in Hebrews an interpretation of the ritual of the Day of Atonement as a type of the atoning work of Christ, emphasizing the perfection of the latter by contrast with the inadequacy of the former (Hebrews 9-10).
Jesus Himself is termed our "Great High Priest," and the Blood shed on Calvary is seen as typified in the blood of bulls and goats. Unlike the Old Testament priesthood, the sinless Christ did not have to make sacrifice for any sins of His own. As the high priest entered the Holy of Holies with the blood of his sacrificial victim, so Jesus entered Heaven itself to appear before the Father on behalf of His people (Hebrews 9:11-14). We find that instead of outward purification, the Spirit of the Lord works on us internally, causing our consciences to be cleansed so we "see" clearly.
This is also known as "The Day of Covering Over." The name yôm hakkippurîm (more familiarly, Yom Kippur) is derived from the Hebrew noun kôper meaning "ransom" or "hush money" (Exodus 30:12; 1 Samuel 12:3). This is a day to honor the One who ransomed us and bought us back from the enemy's grasp. Instructions for Hebrew citizens for this day were described in Leviticus 23:26-32. It is the most solemn day on the Hebrew calendar, when atonement was made for the people. This is a day to be sure forgiveness is given and received. This HUSHES the mouth of the accuser. This is the day that the "work" of the past season comes to an end. On this day, most Jewish Israelis spend time in the Synagogue, going through a ritual of confession of sin.
There are two main words for forgiveness in Hebrew. One of them, soleah (as in Psalm 25:11), has to do with pardoning. But another, noseh (verse 18 of the same chapter), at its root has to do with carrying or bearing the sins away. On this day in ancient times, a goat was killed for a sin offering and another had the people's sins confessed over it, becoming a curse, and bore them away into the desert (the very name for this scapegoat in Hebrew has become a curse). The blood of bulls and goats (or chickens) cannot take away sins (Hebrews 10:4). Only God alone can provide the Lamb. Elohim, Himself, must provide the Kippur (Atonement), and be the One to bear away the sin. The last verse of the Song of Moses (Deuteronomy 32:43), promises that He will provide atonement for His land and His people.
Near the end of the Day of Atonement, Micah 7:18-20 is read in the Synagogues. This is an incredible passage. Hidden within it, we see God's plan for dealing with His people's sin, providing victory over it and Salvation: "Who is God like You, pardoning iniquity?" The word translated "pardoning" is the word for "bearing away." It is exactly the same word used by John the Baptist about Yeshua (Jesus) in the Hebrew translation of John 1:29, "Behold, the Lamb of God, who bears away the sin of the world!"
He will again have compassion on us, and will subdue (i.e. conquer) our iniquities. Only He, through us, can conquer our foes. "You will give truth to Jacob and lovingkindness to Abraham" (Micah 7:20). The word for truth is Hebrew emet, and the word for lovingkindness is hesid. Both of these words also are quoted in John 1, in verse 17: "For the Law was given through Moses; grace (hesid) and truth (emet) are realized through Yeshua the Messiah."
The Day of Atonement has become more and more prominent in these days because of terror and lawlessness. This day is called "the great fast" (Acts 27:9), or "the great day," or merely "the day." The Gentiles must recognize the power of the Day of Yom Kippur. We must lead the way for all of Israel to see His love, compassion and forgiveness. No man may come unto the Father but by Jesus, the Lamb slain to take away the sin of the world (John 1:29; 14:6).
At this key time--pray that all of Israel know the grace of the One who was sent to redeem them (Luke 24:27, 44-45, Isaiah 9). Also pray for an awakening in the Gentile world to the power of the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ (Amos 9, Acts 15, 28).
10-Day Prayer Focus to Release us into a New Level of Compassion and Power to Release the Captives:
Day 1: Read Matthew 5:1-12. Ask God for your heart to be pure as you pray. Read 1 Corinthians 14. Declare that the prophetic anointing will become pure and clear in the people of God you are associated with.
Day 2: Read Luke 11:1-8. Pray the Lord's Prayer. Pray this prayer differently. Declare the sounds of Heaven will release the will of God and penetrate the atmosphere that surrounds you and your region.
Day 3: Read Psalm 47. Release a hand clap and a shout to the Lord for the victory that is ahead. Read Mark 16. Miracles speak! Declare that signs and wonders will begin to come forth producing many salvations in the people of your area
Day 4: Read and Declare Psalm 60 and Romans 9. Pray that Christians around the world, including the believers in Israel, will fervently seek and receive their "marching orders" from Adonai Tzvaot--the Lord of Armies-and that we will receive HIS strategies for dismantling or nullifying those marching orders planned by the enemy for this time period. Pray that we will move in unity to His beat and in His timing.
Day 5: Read 2 Timothy, John 3, and Galatians 3. Bind the spirit of fear that this religion releases. Superstition controls many aspects of our lives. Therefore, much religion is based upon fear. Bind the spirit of fear controlling the individuals held in religious structures and decree that they will enter into a new wind of His Spirit.
Day 6: Read Acts 26 and II Corinthians 10. Pray for a new understanding of the concept of grace. Bind the demonic forces that are holding minds captivated to "work" and "law" mentalities.
Day 7: Read and declare Psalm 19. As you read this Psalm, make it a declaration that God's glory will come forth into your house, church, business, city, state and nation. The Heavens declare God's glory. Enter into Heaven's declaration. Read and declare John 20. Ask the Lord to breathe on you new and fresh. Release the power of forgiveness into every sphere you are operating in.
Day 8: Read Psalm 120. Declare that the foes of the Gospel will be overcome. May their captives be set free. Remember that you have the power to bless your enemies, but you must negate the word curses that have come forth from them.
Day 9: Read Psalm 121-122. Look up beyond your circumstances. Seek Him and ask Him to help you in the area that you need help. Declare that time, the sun and the moon will work on your behalf. Pray for Israel. Pray that a new sound arise in the land. Call forth the song of deliverance that is in the Heavens over God's first fruit covenant land. Read Psalm 81. Declare a revival anointing will come into the church you attend and revival praying will begin to occur. Blow the trumpet at the time of the new moon and declare that harvest will come to your region.
Day 10: Read Hosea 8. If you have a shofar, blow it three times. If you do not, use your voice as one and give three shouts of victory up into the Heavens. Ask the Lord to restore your shout. Read Ezekiel 3 and 33. Declare a new watchman anointing will fall upon you and that anointing will come forth corporately in your region.

PRE-SERVICE PRAYER MEETING: THE BREAKER ANOINTING THROUGH TENACITY AND UNITY 5/12/07
BRIEF IMPRESSION: Tonight in pre-prayer I heard the intercessor next to me say the word “angels” when she was speaking in tongues. I leaned over and told her that, so I prayed that the angels would come and that tonight we would experience an Explosion in the Spirit. I had the impression of something so powerful happening that the Lord would send forth a lightning rod down from heaven and scatter our enemies. I did not see this, but asked for it as it was impressed upon my heart.
TENACITY: We ended up having massive unified warfare. It was one of the most powerful prayer meetings I have ever been in. Each level seemed to grow after the next. We would think we were done, then someone would say, we are not yet done, we need to continue to press through! We had never had such pressing through, where we would become quieter and then another call and wave of His Spirit to press on. After several had lead out in prayer with the rest loudly backing in tongues, we had ended up all facing the same direction and clapping our hands together slowly in one united sound. It reverberated in the room and I knew this was the sound of God's army marching - the sound of feet in perfect cadence upon the earth. We had united with heaven's army and it was a powerful moment.
At the very end of this, I opened my mouth to release one long, loud sound for as long as I could release it in one breath. Then I took another deep breath and did the same sound again. I felt led to do this over and over again as though relentlessly. This repeated over and over again. Soon the whole room was doing the same thing, first I would sound and then they responded in the same. Pastor ran into the other room and brought back his shofar and blew it and we responded to that. I suddenly realized that the sound that we were making together was a cross between a warrior's cry and an announcement from a clarion trumpet.
OPENED EARS: Then I heard a loud angel say, "The breaker anointing." The voice was heavily impacting and not the Lord's still small voice. As soon as I heard him, I was hit by the power of God, I doubled over into the birthing position and yelled out several times with trembling. It was a brief moment of travail.
INTERPRETATION OF TONGUES: Right after that I had an interpretation of one of the words the intercessor spoke in tongues. She clearly said, “Crescendo!”
(That is a musician's term from a building up or climax. No kidding, I smiled at that!!!)
QUIET TIME: During our time of waiting upon the Lord after this, I heard the Lord's still small voice.
HEARD; Tenacity. I show Myself strong on behalf of those who unite. Follow through. Dominion. Shatter their ranks. Explosive union by My hand.
CONFIRMATION: During share time one of the intercessors said she heard, The army of the Lord brings break through.
CHURCH: Worship was powerful tonight at church. Pastor's wife stood up and proclaimed the following scripture. I felt it was a confirmation that what I had sensed at the beginning of prayer meeting, that we would have an explosion and it would result from the lightning of God. God indeed scattered our enemies.
2 Sam 22:14-16 NKJV "The LORD thundered from heaven, And the Most High uttered His voice. He sent out arrows and scattered them; Lightning bolts, and He vanquished them. Then the channels of the sea were seen, The foundations of the world were uncovered, At the rebuke of the LORD, at the blast of the breath of His nostrils.
THE WORD FROM THE BREAKER ANGEL: Breaking Through Barrenness When I got home from church I had the following email sent to me and knew it was a confirmation to one of the intercessions that had taken place during pre-prayer. It was something that was warred for and then released to us. It was a direct confirmation to what I had experienced at pre-prayer, what I had sent in an email just prior to leaving for church, and the picture I saw during church.
EMAIL CONFIRMATION: I read the following from an intercessory friend when I got home: “Two days ago I had a new experience with the Lord and I have been praying and thinking about it. I was first worshiping Him with songs as the Spirit gave them to me. Now many times after some worship like that it has happened that I literally feel my spirit entering a deep stillness, peace, an other dimension. It is like floating in space. In this place then I started to hear a sound, a note that came closer and closer to me, entered me and then through me the natural realm as I started to sing that one note only.
When I asked the Lord what was happening I felt Him say that note, that heavenly sound was a weapon against a particular spirit in the area: the spirit of barrenness.
So I just kept singing that note. I felt that one note had a form, a depth, a substance and I have never heard such a thing before. It was nothing of me, totally separate, just coming through me as if through a funnel. I also sensed that it literally annoyed demonic spirits and they were expressing their dislike clearly.”
CONFIRMATION: Just prior to going to church I sent a long email to someone about releasing the seeds that God has planted inside of us. The very end of the email was what I had heard on 10/21/04:
HEARD: Harvest. I planted you. Right on. Don't let go. Promises.
PIX: I was standing on a bridge looking down upon a river that was flowing with a gentle current.
HEARD: When we were at lunch you could hear the Savior say to believe. All these Words so lovingly planted. Trust Me. The power of My seed. Is not barren. There is beyond the heart that is depairin'. So trust Me as we win this war over dead faith.
The trust that You planted is given freely. A harvest of seed is coming your way. A harvest of seeds bearing after its kind. Woa.
VISION DURING CHURCH: I saw a little acorn and knew it was destined to be a huge oak tree. I felt the acorn was either dead, dormant or barren faith. And so I cupped my hands around it and began to blow upon it. I blew 4 times. And each time was a long blast of hot air. My hands became very hot and I knew this seemingly dead acorn came to life. I had a rush of heat all over me. And then I held it in my hand, open palm, and sprinkled salt upon it to represent His irrevocable covenant, and then I dug a hole, planted it, and poured rain down upon it.... I pantomimed all of this with my eyes closed.
I am sure if anyone was looking they must have thought it very strange. Smile! Let's just face it, intercessors are radical believers and what they do best is birth on earth what God speaks in heaven.
VISION: Then I was very gratified to see a picture of a green spout come through the broken shell and I knew it had come to life and would bear fruit after its kind and come into its full destiny.
CONFIRMATION: Pastor preached out of Isa 61: 1-7 and I noticed one of the verses in there was the following:
Isa 61:3 AMP To grant [consolation and joy] to those who mourn in Zion - to give them an ornament (a garland or diadem) of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, the garment [expressive] of praise instead of a heavy, burdened, and failing spirit - that they may be called oaks of righteousness [lofty, strong, and magnificent, distinguished for uprightness, justice, and right standing with God], the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.
FINAL NOTE: I just finished typing this from last night's meeting where one of the things broken through was barrenness. Today is Mother's day, 2007.

This scripture has been used all my life to tell us to teach our children correctly so that they have something to stand on later in life. They will always come back to what has been put down into them. (Proverbs 22:6) Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.
Think of this scripture this way… "Train up a baby Christian in the way of the Lord, when he is mature, he will always remember it and stand on it." (Prophetess Frances' version)
This is what the Lord is showing me… Look at it again. No scripture means just one thing. Read. (2 Peter 1:20) Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the Scripture is of any private interpretation. Look at the training up a child from another view point. When we are born again, we are God's "child." Once we are born again, we need to be trained up in the Word of God or grounded. (Ephesians 3:17) That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,
We need to learn a basic knowledge of the Word of God right from the git-go. We need to learn His Word because…
He and His Word are interchangeable because He is purely honest and incapable of lying. (John 1:14, Numbers 23:19, I Peter 2:22)
His Word describes His personality which helps you to get to know Him. When you were born again, you met Him, but now you need to get to know Him.
Faith comes by hearing His Word. (Romans 10:17)
His Words helps to keep you from sin. (Psalms 107:20)
His Word teaches you to pray. (Matthew 6:9, Jude 1:20)
His Word builds faith. (Romans 10:17, I John 5:14-15)
His Written Word verifies His Rhema Word. (Romans 12:2)
It is necessary for "abiding in Him." (John 15:7)
So when you look at that scripture, train up a child, then thank God that you are a child of God and you need to be trained in His will, His Word, and His Ways…You need your mind washed in His Word daily…everyday…and continuously…
The key is that you have so much Word in you that when the battles of life come, you have a Word to stand on. You will then know what the will of God is in that situation. You will have faith for your miracle. (Romans 10:17)
I heard an analogy once about a man who had a burglar break in to his home. He immediately went down to the basement to "work-out" on his exercise equipment. Well, let me tell you…It is too late then. If you haven't already exercised and built your strength, then it is too late then.
Question: How do I get grounded in the Word of God? Answer: seek out a good faith teaching Church and other ministries that teach faith by the Spirit of God. Spend time in the Word and in prayer daily. Be consistent.

September 22, 2007 (English y en Espanol-al final). Shifting shadows. In your heart, you desire certainty. Most of your life you have been in search of the truth only to find that most things tend to shift like shadows sooner or later. Tomorrow is the September Autumnal Equinox when the sun is directly above the equator, giving exactly the same amount of light and darkness causing the day to be exactly the same length as the night over the equator. Mankind searches for certainty, where shadows do not shift. Anchor your hope in Me and My word and you will find the dead certainty you desire. Let your certainty anchor itself in the One who never changes. In the shadow of My wings is where you need to be and stay. Shifting shadows.
Psalms 17:8-9 "Keep me as the apple of the eye; hide me in the shadow of Your wings from the wicked who despoil me, my deadly enemies who surround me." James 1:17 "Every good thing given and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shifting shadow."

Every Shabbat Chol Hamoed Succoth we read the Haftorah (Yechezkel, Chapter 38) about the final confrontation at the end of days between Gog and the nation of Israel. How does Succoth connect with Gog, Magog and the end of days?
It is ironic to note that after the exodus from Egypt, while travelling in the desert, a place that offers absolutely no natural security or protection, the Jewish people experienced their greatest sense of true security, protected from their enemies and entirely provided for by God. Every year, when the Jew leaves his home for a week to eat, sleep and live in a succah; an often flimsy structure with a roof made of bits of wood, reed, bamboo, etc., he actualizes this idea that ultimate care and protection come only from God. By virtue of the closeness to God he has achieved during Rosh HaShanah and Yom Kippur, he can now experience a sense of true security.
The word "Gog" in Hebrew means roof. Modern man, divorced from a belief in God, deeply believes that a good job, a big bank account, a solid economy, a high tech army, in short, a strong solid "roof over his head," is the source of true security. These two world views cannot co-exist forever. We are told by the prophets that armageddon is inevitable, a final confrontation that will witness the destruction of mankind's false faith. Succoth teaches us that our apparently flimsy roofs will ultimately be triumphant over modern man's misguided sense of security.

I have been reminded the past few days of a word the Lord gave me a long time ago. He said, "You will not go to them, they will come to you." He was speaking of not compromising. He wants us to take a stand. I hear Him even now saying, "Stand still and see the salvation of the Lord. Stand strong in your place of righteousness and in your place of authority and let those around you come to that place of strength. Stay put in your place of destiny and do not compromise righteousness for the sake of acceptance." Ephesians 6:13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

I recently had a very vivid experience with the Lord that I want to share with you.
As I was driving down the road, the presence of the Lord came into the van, and I heard, "Things are NOT as they seem."
"How so, Lord?" I asked
"Although many feel as though I am standing still, I am doing MUCH behind the scenes, where it cannot be seen. So tell My People to stop accusing me of not properly doing My job and risk missing out on their Promised Land due to their murmuring and complaining."
He went on to take me into the "Faith Chapter," Hebrews 11. In verse 1, it says, "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen."
In verse 3, it says: "By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible."
He emphasized by repeating the last part of verse three to me three times:
"The things which are seen were NOT made of things which are visible."

And then He said:
"So, why then, do you expect to be able to SEE what I'm doing before it is time to be seen? Even when I made this world, I simply SPOKE, and IT WAS SO. I do not need to work with things that you can SEE, in your time schedule, for what I'm doing to be made manifest."
"Be still, and know that I am God." (Ps. 46:10). "I am accomplishing MUCH that you cannot yet see, yet which shall soon be made manifest. Meanwhile, do not accuse me of improperly doing My Job."
He reminded me of a similar rebuke in Malachai 3:13-18
13 "Your words have been harsh against Me," Says the Lord, "Yet you say, 'What have we spoken against You?' 14 You have said, 'It is useless to serve God; What profit is it that we have kept His ordinance, And that we have walked as mourners Before the Lord of hosts? 15 So now we call the proud blessed, For those who do wickedness are raised up; They even tempt God and go free.' " 16 Then those who feared the Lord spoke to one another, And the Lord listened and heard them; So a book of remembrance was written before Him For those who fear the Lord And who meditate on His name. 17 "They shall be Mine," says the Lord of hosts, "On the day that I make them My jewels. And I will spare them As a man spares his own son who serves him." 18 Then you shall again discern Between the righteous and the wicked, Between one who serves God And one who does not serve Him."
During this experience, He let it be known that we are about to enter into a series of many "suddenlies." - Occurrences of many manifested answers to prayers.
God is still God, and we are not to be concerned about those who have seemingly "gotten away with evil," for their 'day' is coming. In that, He gave me Psalms 37. In particular, the following verses:
1 Do not fret because of evildoers, Nor be envious of the workers of iniquity. 2 For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, And wither as the green herb. 3 Trust in the Lord, and do good; Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. 4 Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart. 5 Commit your way to the Lord, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass. 6 He shall bring forth your righteousness as the light, And your justice as the noonday. 7 Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for Him; Do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, Because of the man who brings wicked schemes to pass. 8 Cease from anger, and forsake wrath; Do not fret--it only causes harm. 9 For evildoers shall be cut off; But those who wait on the Lord, They shall inherit the earth. 10 For yet a little while and the wicked shall be no more; Indeed, you will look carefully for his place, But it shall be no more. 11 But the meek shall inherit the earth, And shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace. 12 The wicked plots against the just, And gnashes at him with his teeth. 13 The Lord laughs at him, For He sees that his day is coming.
And so, if we have spoken harshly against the Lord because we have gotten strained by the stresses of life, let's just repent through the scripture prayer below, and trust God, knowing that He IS God, and He IS doing His job right!

Dear Lord,
Forgive us for speaking harshly of you, and help us in our weakness. Help us guard what we speak, and we pray as the psalmist David, Lord, "Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart Be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer." (Psalm 19:14) - Thank you for being a good God, and a God of integrity who keeps Your promises!
We pray this in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus. Amen.

My child, do not fret in unbelief, for it was I who led you from where
you were to where you now stand: you now stand at the banks of your
Jordan. If you only believe, then you will crossover on dry land. This
not a time to cry out with doubt because of what you see or think you
see, but a time to step forward in your faith.
Child just as it was in the days of Joshua, your river is also at its
"flood stage." This is your harvest season, and you are about to reap
that which has been sown. The promise, My beloved, is on the other side
of this baptism, for I did not bring you this far just so you would die
in the wilderness. Therefore do not forget that the plans I have for you
are to prosper you; they are not for your harm. They are plans to give
you a hope and a future, so that then you will call upon Me, and I will
listen.
This is such a time to brandish the sword of the Spirit and to have the
belt of truth firmly buckled around your waist. You are not fighting
against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of evil. Therefore,
My child, trust in Me and do good--for if you commit your way to Me, I
will make your righteousness to shine like the dawn and the justice of
your cause like the noonday sun. In other words, you will live like the
head instead of like the tail; you will lend and not borrow, because you
shall come into your inheritance as My child. Yes, all those who receive
and believe in My name have been given the right to become children of
God.
My child, the river's waters are high; but when you step into them, they
will not sweep over you. I am faithful to bring forth justice, and I will
not falter or be discouraged at your trip-ups. Do not fret. I love the
just who live by faith, and I will not forsake My faithful ones.

Freedom

Beloved, I am the God of freedom, and I have already declared freedom
in and over you. But you must receive it and walk by faith in the
freedom I have already purchased for you.
As you walk by faith, know that "next" you will walk in the manifestation
of freedom, for by My blood you are free. You are free from worry and
free from fear. I am breaking mindsets that are not from Me, and you will
walk in the full measure of the freedom that comes from Me.
So, beloved, Walk and live in My freedom.
