+ Sin has its origin in one's heart. Although many dwell on the outward manifestation - the physical word or action - that word or action is merely a byproduct of a "defiled" heart. A strong and edified spirit shall always keep one's heart undefiled and shall allow one to see clearly at all times even the slightest hint of wrong motivation and the temptation which attempts to fuel it. The allowance of the entrance - through "fellowship" with the world - of ungodly thoughts and words is the method by which the Evil One seeks to keep My children in the place of "defilement". For in this place he can "control" them and keep them from manifesting My power to set his captives free.
+ If one's flesh is in dominance over their spirit man then they shall have a "distorted" view of their "needs".
+ Man is not an entity unto himself. He will either obey Me or he will obey [align himself with the lies of] Satan [Romans 6:16].
+ My children must bring "every" thought captive to a perfect obedience [2 Corinthians 10:5]. For if they allow the Evil One to continually expand their thought range over any given period of time then the deeper he will have them enslaved in fear and darkness.
+ Is one's "problem" their problem or is one's attitude towards their problem their problem?
+ One does not pray with their "mind" they pray with their heart.
September 17, 2007 Prophetic word. Your hunger and thirst for hearing My voice pleases Me. I have noticed that the more you receive of My word, the more quickly you have begun to obey what I say. Soon you will be locked in step with Me to do My will as never before. It was Jesus who said His meat was to do the will of His Father. You are becoming more like Him. Beware of the merchants in the temple. Examine closely those who have reduced My words to be surrounded with promotions of merchandise and services. My patience is growing thin. But this is not to be your concern except for you to pray for those merchants. And as you pray, you will see Me move correctively as needed. Do not let these practices overshadow your hunger and thirst. Keep right on eating and drinking My word. Prophetic word.
2 Peter 1:19 "So we have the prophetic word made more sure, to which you do well to pay attention as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star arises in your hearts."
