Hello all...I have absolutely no clue when it comes to bible numbers, but I thought I'd post this to get your thoughts.

At church today our pastor was speaking a little bit about the terrorist attacks on 9/11. He mentioned the number of casualties in NY were 2750....my mind picked up and fixated on this because of how he said it...two thousand seven and fifty. He made a mistake of course, but it made me think of the number more.

2007 and 50... half way into the year. I know it probably doesn't mean anything, but it just really grabbed my attention. Was anything prophetic happening half way into the year that would be of any significance?

Again, I'm totally grasping here...but for some reason it really hit me in church today.

Wow, when I read how you posted the number it got me also. I'm not for sure how just yet but it got me also. I'm interested to see how it all fits together.

I met a person yesterday ... who was one of the 18 that survived from above the impact zone of the tower.

New York City World Trade Center 2,603 died and another 24 remain listed as missing
American 11- 88
United 175- 59

He left out the 24 missing
2603 that perished + 88 from American flt + 59 from United = 2750

That's another reason I found it so peculiar..because I remembered the official count being more...but he left the 24 missing out and made the error saying the number...it just made me wonder.

Maybe 50 days pass Sept 11 in 2007? What would that be?...oh my, this is creepy... It would be October 31st.

It must have been surreal meeting that person yesterday Dani...I just can't imagine...I know I'll never forget that horrible day.

Lisa, the "2007 - 50" reference makes me think of Psalm 107... and I think there is something to the Lord making you notice... the only reason I even paid attention to the rain and flooding in the heartland is cuz that is where Valerie lives.

Because the national memorial exhibit had just visited Raleigh Sat and Sun ... the 2974 number was fresh in my mind... so your pastor made me think of PS 107 and the 2974 made me wonder about the actual total number (both NYC and DC and PA)... about PS 109.



The National Tour (web site) is going to be in Norfolk on Sep 19... (The beam - in the space I was provided, I signed my name with a short prayer, "Lord bless us")

anyway...

107 talks about a flood ... vs 23-30.
109 makes me think about the antichrist. "6 Set thou a wicked man over him: and let Satan stand at his right hand."

Dani...Did you click on that map to zoom in? Did you see what the image of the clouds over TX, OK, KS & NE look like? It looks like a winged demon to me.

8 days after sept 11 the 9/11 memorial is coming to Norfolk
& 50 days after sept 11 is Halloween.. could be another terrorist attack following the flood? or the appearance of the ac?


I know I'm reaching here...time will tell.
I would like to take the time to see the memorial.

Daniel 9:26-27

and Lisa it sure did look like sometpye of winged creature!

That's an interesting version to use. As just an observation, the Dome of the Rock sits "on a wing of the temple." We all know that it certainly doesn't belong there.

That could step on a lot of eschatological toes. Careful!

Yes.... I am normally a die-hard KJV Gal, but I found that the NIV translation was very interesting.

Well the Lord has a way of stepping on my toes quite often...

At times it does not feel so good, OOUCH!! He has had a way of putting me into my place and dispelling a few ingrained doctrines that I have had over the years. I think most of it was just my ugly pride blinding my eyes to the truth. Now I just pray that He just continues to expose those ugly areas of my life so that I have eyes to see and ears to hear. May the Spriit... lead us into ALL TRUTH!

So yes the observation of the Dome of the Rock on the "wing of the temple" I have pondered as well. My advice .... which is not much..... but do not get locked into a box about how it is exactly going to play out int the end. There are many eschatological views out there.... and I am sure that none have it entirely right! Maybe we might learn a thing or two from each other.
