Yes! I have received about three of those already, but God prevented me from opening them. I saw them and had an uneasy feeling, so I deleated them all, without opening them.

Thanks for the warning but... This is a hoax. its been going around the internet since 2001. the CNN reference was added recently to give it new life. McAfee , CNN, or microsoft does not have anything on this. See truthorfiction.com. Still its always a good idea to play it safe. Again thanks for the heads up.

I have also received several of these. However, they had been sent to the "junk" folder, so I knew they weren't from any of people on my contacts list. I did not open any!
End-Time Calling
I to had one of these in my mail, just didn't open it cause nobody really knows that email but business so I knew it was junk. Guess it was worse! Thanks
