Man, if I thought I believed in prayer before, I am sold now. He just keeps teaching those who ask for a lesson! Yesterday I had prayed to see some kids who live at my apartment complex who I hadn't seen in weeks, just to make sure they're still okay, and I see them that night! And last night and this morning I prayed that I would do well on a test in a course that I haven't done too well in and the professor walks in and tells us that he made the test easier this time!
And best of all, though I had a great day today of enjoying Him, I feel into temptation and I was too ashaimed to ask for help on writing a paper that I have needed to get done. I have not been doing well in my courses and I have lost energy to do my studies, but I prayed despite my shame and my boyfriend prayed for me as well. I just stopped worrying that I wouldn't be able to finish and I just started reading and writing and not too long after I had half of the paper written!! And this is a research paper and I usually don't do very well, using too many quotes, but this paper came so easily and it read very well! I mean, He answered my prayer even though I felt I had sinned and I didn't deserve to ask Him anything! How great is a God who answers prayers to those who sometimes fall away. Who wouldn't want to serve a God like that? Thank you Jesus Christ for being who you are!!!! I will continue to keep you all in prayer!
