Prayers sent for ya. Addictions are hard to break. I know from experience. I used to be a REAL heavy drinker. Just have faith and take it one day at a time.

I am also praying for you Josh.
You can also add this to your daily life routine that will bring you closer to the Lord. "Every morning when you wake, go out under the sky and talk to the invisible God of heaven for the first one tenth of the day before you do anything else. Talk to Him about anything and everything. Remember to talk the absolute truth to Him as one who was there just like you were.

I am praying that the LORD break the curse of these addictions in your life. You will know that HE is REAL and hears our prayers.HE is the LORD of more than enough! And HE answers our prayers even before they are uttered! How amazing is that? I can't wait to hear your testimony.

May the LORD bless you!

Yes, addictions are hard to break...The bible tells us, "Resist the enemy and he will flee."

This is a personal experience in my life....

I used to smoke cigs...I would say I was about a pack a day smoker...I smoked for 17 years....
"I" would quit for a year or so, but something always drew me back to smoking...
One day 6 years ago, something clicked....I felt the Lord call me to stop....I gathered up my new packs of smokes, ash trays and lighters and threw them into the trash....Right then the Lord delivered me. That was 6 years ago...
Since then I have been through some pretty heavy trials, and not once have I had the urge to pick up a smoke...

I saw it this way...Out of all those times "I" stopped smoking, it was preparation for the Lord to deliver me for real....When my heart was ready to stop and my will lined up with the Lords, He delivered me from the bondage of smoking...I can see back that when I had stopped then picked it back up, I would feel so bad kicking myself all the way...I would even smell the nasty ash trays in hopes that would make me stop...I would cry so much sometimes because I hated that habit....

So, one day you will walk into your freedom....You will be set free from this addiction and self condemnation...You will walk into the Lord's will for You....Keep your eyes on the prize and you will attain it..

That's the way I see it....
Josh
