If a person Loves Christ and does what He said, The Lord will come to them and make His Home with them. Not in their imagination but in reality.
Correct, not in their imagination, but in reality:
The Bible is reality, it is the Word of God. The early church new that, they had received the words of the apostles as the Word of God. They were all started of with the Gospel of the what we know today as the New Testament. They shared the Word and became followers of those who became believers before them . We can see it here in this scripture where Paul tells them how they received his words as the Word if God and he also said that was the correct thing to do.
Plus they became followers of the churches (called out ones) that went before them.
1Th 2:13 For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us,
ye received [it] not [as] the word of men,
but as it is in truth,
the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe.
1Th 2:14 For ye, brethren, became followers of the churches of God which in Judaea are in Christ Jesus: for ye also have suffered like things of your own countrymen, even as they [have] of the Jews:
See, God did not want us to walk in the dark, so He supplied His church from the beginning with all the truth that they would need.We were never asked to sit still and meditate until we hear a voice or see a vision, that would enable us to find the correct path. No, God sent His Son who is the manifestation of the Word.
Then by open revelation gave the rest to Paul and the Holy Spirit also wrote through some of the disciples.
Through uneducated fishermen and an educated Pharisee, God brought the final part of His Word to us. Broken men, which were filled and enabled by His Spirit. Then God proceeded to seal this Word. He used numbers to place His seal on every word. Google "Panin" if you want to know more about it.
We find more than one copy of the old manuscripts that show is that they "e-mailed" them to the other churches. They copied and spread the letters around to the known church of the day.
