Pass through, move through, press on. Don't get stuck in what was, live now in what IS with a living expectation for what shall be. The cloud is lifting and the tabernacle is moving...carry your piece of the "work" to the next place. Don't analyze your success or failure in the stages of life that are behind you, rather direct your feet to My path today and set your heart on pilgrimage. I say, If you continue to follow the moving of My presence, I am able to put you swiftly on the right path.

Though I walk in the midst of trouble
His Love Sustains Me
Mar 31 2007 12:00AM

Though I walk in the midst of trouble, You will revive me; You will stretch forth Your hand against the wrath of my enemies,
And Your right hand will save me.
The LORD will accomplish what concerns me; Your loving-kindness, O LORD, is everlasting; Do not forsake the works of Your hands. (Psa. 138:8, 9) NASB

Blessed Morning!

This is a reprint of a past posting from 2002. I am forever amazed at how eternal the WORD of the LORD is! I pray that you are refreshed and renewed by this washing of the Word.

Paula

Dear Sis,
I pray that this finds you well in the LORD, prospering in all things godly. I strive each day to never forget that He has already given us “ALL THAT PERTAINS TO LIFE AND GODLINESS”. 2 Peter 1:3 His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness.

It is only through the knowledge of Him who first loved us that we can prosper in life and godliness. Note the word “given”, as in gift, as in FREE.
There were times in the past that I sought to somehow “purchase” the favor of the LORD. I’d search the word for ways to motivate the Father to move on my behalf. Honestly, I felt that way just this morning, but the difference here is that I didn’t follow through.
I simply said out loud “He’ll take care of it.”
Then I got up out of bed. Funny, but it somehow seemed easier to rely on Him while I was lying in bed. It doesn’t “feel” so easy now sitting here in front of the computer. So I must take the time to refresh my memory of my knowledge of him.
The first thing to remember is that He loved me first. I did not stumble onto Him one day, He was always there waiting for me to notice that He was there. It’s amazing to think that He’s taken care of all my need – even before I knew I needed anything! His only request of us is obedience. No, this does not make His love conditional; if that were true none of this, you & I, would be happening right now. His mercies are new each and every morning and His grace, thank you Father, is sufficient in all things.

It is my prayer to walk in blessing and to readily hear the Father’s voice, so I can prosper in all things even as my soul prospers.
So I tend to walk circumspectly through this life. I am learning to do what He says no matter how weird it sounds to my natural mind. Example: The other day I noticed that my daughter had left a pair of shoes she’d borrowed from me in the middle of the living room floor. My second thought was to just toss them down the steps until I was done cleaning. My next thought was, “Put them in the van.” O.K., this sounded weird to me and in my rush of human wisdom, I tossed them down the steps and didn’t think anymore of it. Later that night, the family went to Wal-Mart. It’s a short drive from our house so weren’t too alarmed when our eldest announced, “I don’t have any shoes on.” My hubby said it was O.K., that we’d just go inside and buy her some cheap sandals and continue with the outing. Then it dawned on me, “Put them in the van.” Well, you know I kicked myself for that one. I was then reminded of a time long ago. I’d gone into the bathroom in yet another department store, which I almost never do, and while I was there, the Lord told me to put toilet paper in my pocket…this I did without much hesitation, why I don’t know. Anyway a few minutes later, I met a friend who was exasperated by her child’s running nose and the fact that she hadn’t any tissue in her purse. Get it? The LORD will accomplish that which concerns us…and most of the time he uses us! So while I’m busy focusing on my own needs, I’m holding up the line in someone else’s flow. Lord forgive us! Now, we haven’t even gotten passed the first thing to remember and we’ve already been blessed! What an amazing Love! The wisdom of the Father is far greater than our minds can comprehend, which is why we are told to lean not on our own understanding, but to acknowledge him, and he’ll direct our path.
It is His direction that puts us in the right line to begin with. It is only on the right path that goodness and mercy shall follow us all the days of our lives.

Sis, it all boils down to one thing, the Father’s Love for us. It’s the top million things on the list. Everything else is just gravy!

A Drink Offering

There are times in your life, when fighting against all odds, you have risked everything, in order to grant the wishes of your loved one. And yet, once given, such sacrifice was too much to receive or seemingly did not make a difference. Beloved one, it is not your gift that was rejected. Nor was your loving devotion. The sacrifices you have poured out, may have seemed but a tiny portion upon the dried cracked ground of that which is barren. However, you truly have made a difference, and I want you to know that. This was a hard time for you, and you have been faithful to love with a pure heart. Nothing is lost or wasted in My kingdom, not one drop. I see all and I know all. My brave and valiant warrior, your devotion is known in all of heaven, and so is your sacrifice. Thank you faithful one, thank you.

2 Sam 23:13-17 NLT

Once during harvesttime, when David was at the cave of Adullam, the Philistine army was camped in the valley of Rephaim. The Three (who were among the Thirty — an elite group among David's fighting men) went down to meet him there. David was staying in the stronghold at the time, and a Philistine detachment had occupied the town of Bethlehem. David remarked longingly to his men, "Oh, how I would love some of that good water from the well in Bethlehem, the one by the gate." So the Three broke through the Philistine lines, drew some water from the well, and brought it back to David. But he refused to drink it. Instead, he poured it out before the LORD. "The LORD forbid that I should drink this!" he exclaimed. "This water is as precious as the blood of these men who risked their lives to bring it to me." So David did not drink it. This is an example of the exploits of the Three.

God Is Perfecting Our Faith

It seems that many of us are encountering unusual circumstances. Everything from relational tensions, challenges to hold on to what the Lord has promised, and direction seems to be foggy at best.

This morning I felt the Lord speak to me and tell me that He has purposely allowed these times to bring purification and wholeness to His Body. Only in these times of testing are blind spots revealed, hidden motives and agendas exposed, and choices are made to act or react to our circumstances.

Let's consider the story of the storm at sea from Luke 8:22-25.

FOLLOWING JESUS INTO A SCARY TIME

Luke 8:22

"Now it happened, on a certain day, that He got into a boat with His disciples. And He said to them, 'Let us cross over to the other side of the lake.' And they launched out."

The disciples were following Jesus, but failed to hear what the outcome of the journey would be: to "cross over to the other side of the lake." Peter was with them, and he was a fisherman by trade. He knew about water and compromising situations that can arise on water. It could be likely that the other disciples felt pretty comfortable with Peter being on board, and possibly in charge, while Jesus slept in the boat.

Luke 8:23

"But as they sailed, He fell asleep. And a windstorm came down on the lake, and they were filling with water and were in jeopardy."

When the windstorm hit, it was not forgiving. It was most likely one of those storms that came full force, taking everybody by surprise. Peter, the "fisherman," was even shocked at its intensity. The disciples immediately began to bail water, and in their own strength and energy try and gain control of the situation. It must have gone on for a while or maybe just long enough for the lesson to be fully learned.

It was in that storm that Jesus wanted his friends to remember His words above their circumstances. It was in that intense situation that Jesus wanted to see them be strengthened in FAITH that pleases God. That storm was part of the disciples training for future events...an unveiling of weakness, doubt, unbelief, and realization of their own limitations in the flesh...when everything was coming undone and the general thought was death. Possibly the conversations under such extreme circumstances were, "our lives are over," "we have done the wrong thing...we've made a mistake by getting in this boat," "we can't take it any longer," and then they woke Jesus.

COMING TO AN END OF OURSELVES

Luke 8:24

"And they came to Him and awoke Him, saying, 'Master, Master, we are perishing!' Then He arose and rebuked the wind and the raging of the water. And they ceased, and there was a calm."

It was at the "end of their rope" that Jesus was called. Now, Jesus was not unaware of the storm. He was also a MAN, feeling everything men feel on the earth. But Jesus was aware of a higher purpose, and He knew this kind of upheaval was necessary for the ones He loved and were faithfully following Him. He knew that this kind of "storm" would try their faith, their relationships with each other, would reveal the weaknesses in their flesh, and would give them opportunities to choose between seen and unseen things. It was NECESSARY for what they were going to find on the other side and the rest of their lives.

REALITY CHECK

Luke 8:25

"But He said to them, 'Where is your faith?' And they were afraid, and marveled, saying to one another, 'Who can this be? For He commands even the winds and water, and they obey Him!'"

The first thing Jesus was concerned about, after He calmed their circumstances, was FAITH. It was of GREAT importance to Jesus. It was the focal point of His training for them. Faith overcomes fear and moves mountains and without it, it's impossible to please God. Pleasing God is Jesus' whole life. Jesus is perfect love and that LOVE casts out fear. FAITH is the substance of unseen things.

The disciples were completely undone. Their reply to one another was, "Who can this be?" They had never seen Jesus like this. Until now, they didn't know that the winds and water obey Him. Until now, they had limited His power and authority in their minds. Until now, they didn't see what He was trying to accomplish in their lives.

What a wake-up call. It is Jesus' purpose to make us like Him. NO WAY!!! It was too marvelous, too huge, too unthinkable, too humbling...at last, everything was out in the open. Nothing was hidden. They must have felt like their heads were in blenders. Nothing made sense. Weaknesses, fear, doubt, anger, earth-bound expectations...it was all very visible right in front of them. Nowhere to hide. Any of us would have felt ashamed at ourselves with that kind of rebuke. But Jesus knew the higher plan.

This lack of faith in Him and the disciples' faith in themselves had to be revealed or the coming days for the disciples would have been severely hindered and the kind of authority that followed would have never been given to them.

ON THE OTHER SIDE

The disciples had made it through the storm and not very well, but the lesson was learned. After that time, we continue to read about a demoniac being delivered, a dead girl raised, and then Jesus gave them power and authority over all demons and to cure diseases. He sent them out, and as they went through the towns, sick people were healed and the gospel was preached.

After a storm, strength is added to us. It is not just words any more, but a deposit from heaven has been made in us. Now, from experience, we can say that when we are weak, He is strong. We see a side of Jesus that had been hidden until that storm came. All of our wonderful abilities are truly worthless, and supernatural power comes through the testing of our faith.

God is fully planning to accomplish all of His plans and promises in our lives, but we need to learn from our storms. In the coming days, as the Lord strengthens our faith, let's remember His initial words which are, "Let us cross over to the other side."

Blessings,

Cindy McGill

I was working on the computer and suddenly the Lord made it clear, He wants to speak:
A letter from your Daddy.

Can I be your all in all?
Can I be your Daddy?
Can I be your lover?
Yes?
Why then is it that you turn to others when you need advice….
Why then is it that I Am waiting many times for you, and you do not show up….
Why then I can see in your heart that you do not trust Me completely
Why then I see that your life is not totally a spirit led life.
I Am wants to be your Daddy child, your lover, and your all in all,
Soon, very soon, the world will change dramatically; nothing will be the same anymore,
Then My child, when people are in despair, they need to see Me,
My love, My people, My Army, My Bride,
And it will be very important that each and every one of them will hear My voice and OBEY My voice!
So again I ask you:
Can I be your all in all?
Can I be your Daddy?
Can I be your lover?
Yes?
Okay, I Am waiting for you with outstretched arms!
Your Daddy!

received by your sister from the Netherlands.
I do hope this message will bless you!

God Has Tears

God has tears;
See them flow,
Down His cheeks
To Earth below!

God has tears
When His children fall,
From His grace,
Wasting all!

God has tears
When we're unkind.
God has tears
When we leave Him behind!

God is sad,
Though He's supreme.
He sees on Earth,
A broken Dream!

Oh how He loves
In the midst of despair.
Return His love;
Show that you care!

Comfort Him!
He desires thee
To be committed,
Whole and free!

Our pains of neglect
And human grief
Go to His throne
And His heart reach!

So as you cry,
He does too,
For our wounds touch Him,
Through and through!

Though He's the healer,
He too feels pain,
And wants to lift you
Beyond your shame!

For those who abuse us,
And call us "Sham",
He weeps and grieves;
He is I AM!

Though we feel broken,
He does too!
As you comfort Him,
He comforts you!

Continue to love
And go to Him.
He knows your heart,
And every sin!

His tears wash others,
As they wash you,
His heart is healed,
As He healeth you!

REPEAT: His tears wash others,
As they wash you.
His heart is healed,
As He healeth You!

God is not dead; He's alive!
The spirit moves; in Christ we Thrive!
He atones for every sin;
Hear Jesus knock; Come let Him in!!

10 PROPHECY: / Daily Prophecy Corner / I AM CALLING YOU 3/31 on: Today at 05:20:00am
I am calling you
Mar 31 2007 03:33AM
Early the next morning Joshua and all the Israelites left Acacia. They
traveled to the Jordan River and camped there before crossing it. After
three days the officers went through the camp and gave orders to the people:
"When you see the priests and Levites carrying the Ark of the Agreement with
the Lord your God, leave where you are and follow it. That way you will
know which way to go since you have never been here before. But do not
follow too closely. Stay about a thousand yards behind the Ark." Then
Joshua told the people, "Make yourselves holy, because tomorrow the Lord
will do amazing things among you." Joshua 3:1-5 (NCV)

I am calling you to march forth. Many of you have been waiting, in a period
of transition. Cease the murmuring. Be ready and stop comparing yourself to
others. You are of my family; an intricate part of my plan. You are uniquely
gifted for this coming season.

Here is proof that the living God is with you and that he will force out the
Canaanites, Hittites, Hivites, Perizzites, Girgashites, Amorites, and
Jebusites. Joshua 3:10 (NCV)

The enemy quakes at the sound of your approach, but do not become
self-confident. Follow the leader I have set forth. They will direct the
course. Your unity is a weapon. Listen for my voice for it will be
abundantly clear to you. Fear nothing, for I am your confidence.

The men from the tribes of Reuben, Gad, and East Manasseh obeyed what Moses had told them. They were dressed for war, and they crossed the river ahead of the other people. About forty thousand soldiers prepared for war
passed before the Lord as they marched across the river,
going toward the plains of Jericho. Joshua 4:12-13 (NCV)

My people are holy and ready for where I will lead. I am calling you, my
army, to be ready to march forth.

11 PROPHECY: / Daily Prophecy Corner / FULLNESS OF TIME by Ras Robinson 3/31 on: Today at 05:16:44am
WHAT THE LORD IS SAYING TODAY - March 31, 2007
Ras Robinson
Mar 31 2007 07:35AM
Fullness of time. I tell you the time is now. No longer is there a need to wait. Step into your time and season. All has been made ready. The full moon now is a sign for you. There is now a fullness of time for you and My purposes on the earth. Why do you suppose such attacks on you, My people and My gospel has taken place? Surely, the enemy, the devil, also knows the times and seasons, especially as he watches the impending great blessings I have commanded. Therefore, stand firm. Refuse to budge from your assignment. Pick up your scepter and brandish your sword. Join in the fight as never before. Fullness of time.

Mark 1:15 "And saying, 'The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel.'" Galatians 4:4-5 "But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons."

Which Way to Go, Lord?
Dr. Creflo A. Dollar
God wants you to know exactly where you're going in life. He doesn't want you to stumble around, unsure of whether the steps you are taking are the right ones. Instead, He desires that you have crystal-;clear spiritual hearing so you can receive specific instructions regarding the path He wants you to take in life. In other words, God wants you to stop and ask Him for directions daily!

Like the prophet Jeremiah, you have a God-;given mission (Jeremiah 1:4-;10; 29:11). The key to carrying out the mission, or vision, God has given you is your ability to receive directions from Him and your willingness to immediately obey what He tells you to do. God wants to give you detailed instructions about which way to go as well as every situation that concerns you. He doesn't just want to deal with you in vague impressions either, but in specifics. When you increase your awareness of God's voice, you position yourself to step right into His perfect will for your life.

Proverbs 6:23 says, "For the commandment is a lamp; and the law is light; and reproofs of instruction are the way of life." God's directions give light to your vision. They are the steps you must take to accomplish His master plan for your life. The greatest asset you have as a Believer is an unbroken connection with God. Through daily fellowship with Him and the study of His Word, you empower yourself to recognize His voice and obey Him in even the smallest act. Like pieces of a puzzle, each step you take gradually enables you to see the bigger picture.

The will of God for your life is not something that is handed to you on a silver platter-;you must discover what God desires for you to accomplish. That means quality time communing with Him and making His Word the final authority in every area of your life.

Being born again is the prerequisite to discovering your God-;given assignment. Accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and personal Savior is the doorway to your destiny. Without Him guiding you, you won't reach your final destination. But once you accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of your life and begin seeking Him daily, He will begin revealing your purpose to you.

In locating your purpose, consider those things for which you have a passion. What is it that you could do all the time, even without being paid? What attributes and characteristics do others consistently notice about you? Determine the abilities God has given you and the areas in which you get consistent results. These are signposts to help point you in the direction of your destiny.

Praying in the Spirit is another helpful tool in determining the direction God wants you to take in life. When you pray in tongues, you allow the Holy Spirit to pray through you, and release the wisdom you need to move forward in life. Proverbs 20:27 says that the spirit of a man is the candle of the Lord. The Holy Spirit Who is within your born-;again spirit will guide you into all truth, including what it is you are supposed to be doing. When you pray in tongues, you also build up your spirit man and sharpen your spiritual discernment. The more you pray in the spirit and spend time listening for God's voice, the more confident you will be when it comes to stepping out on His instructions.

The apostle Paul said, "Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain" (1 Corinthians 9:24). There is a set race for you to run, and God wants you to discover it. Make a concerted effort to pray and yield to His instructions daily. Before long, you will find yourself walking in your divine destiny!
