What is your working definition of 'sanity'?

How about 'insanity'?

Just wondering if you've ever pondered this in relation to some peoples worldviews....

Me.... well I am clearly insane.... by someone's standard.

Insanity is easier to define: the state of mind of someone doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

Thus, sanity, I suppose, would mean a state of mind which allows for adjustments along the way.

You want man's definition or GOD's?

Man's definition...

Sanity/Insanity depends on the moral structure of the community in which one presides....what is sane to one tribe, may not be sane to another tribe. This is according to abnormal psychology...

GOD'S definition:

2Ti 1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

That is why I love GOD...

Now HE has called us to be a peculiar people!

Tts 2:14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
