The Lord has prepared two prophets who are sent to the churches here on earth who claim to be Christ's people.
After being rejected by most of the congregations that they are sent to. The Lords two prophets will close up heaven so that no rain falls on the earth during the remainder of their ministry. After being treated shamefully, by more self proclaimed Christians, they will begin to turn the oceans, seas, rivers, lakes, levies, canals, bottles and cans of water to blood.
These plagues will destroy all nations on earth very quickly.
During the time of their ministry many saints of God will emerge and start gathering the sheep into camps for the Lord all over the face of the earth, where the true shepherds of our Lord will feed and water them.
Billions of people will die from the plagues of the two prophets.
A sinister group will emerge and gain control over the existing world of man and gather the wicked into their camp. These will have been surviving by eating their neighbors. They are a Christian bunch who will use the talk of eating Christ's flesh and drinking Christ's blood to seduce their followers, even to where some willingly give up their life to be eaten by them.
The final separation of all people left on earth will occur 1290 days after the two prophets start their ministry. Everyone will be in one camp or the other.
The Lord through His Saints will have moved all 2 to 3 billion of his sheep supernaturally to that place on earth where the final conflict between the devil and Christ will take place.
It will be hunger and a search for food that will cause the devil and his messengers to eventually find the camps of the Lord.
When the devils camp is ready to attack the Lord's sheep, exactly 1335 days after the two prophets started their ministry, The Lord will return and resurrect His army of saints from death and catch away the saints standing on the ground. They will mount up with wings like eagles and fly down on the heads of the enemy. For as the lightning comes from the east and flashes to the west, so also will the coming of the Son of man be.

Sure it does benny. Right here:

Revelation 11
1 Then I was given a reed like a measuring rod. And the angel stood,* saying, "Rise and measure the temple of God, the altar, and those who worship there.
Revelation 11
10 And those who dwell on the earth will rejoice over them, make merry, and send gifts to one another, because these two prophets tormented those who dwell on the earth.

They are sent to measure the temple the alter and them that worship there. This would be the temple that Christ started. Built without human hands. The alter being where your sacrifices and gifts to God are placed which is your love and reasonable service to Him. Those that worship there would be all who name the name of the Lord. This is who and why the two witnesses are sent. Since Christians, Those who speak in the name of the Lord, are scattered throughout all nations tribes and tongues. They are sent to the whole earth who they torment by their coming.

1 Corinthians 6
19 Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?

1 Corinthians 3
16 Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?
17 If anyone defiles the temple of God, God will destroy him. For the temple of God is holy, which temple you are.

Ephesians 2
20 having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief corner stone,
21 in whom the whole building, being joined together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord,
22 in whom you also are being built together for a dwelling place of God in the Spirit.

Dear godsloft,.....Well, at least it is a little more clear of what you are trying to get across.............there is a spiritual temple.......For the Lord Jesus lives within us who have come to the cross of Calvary.......but there is also a third physical temple that is coming in the near future on the temple mount in Jerusalem.....On May 14 1948 the physical birth of Israel came to pass....but in the near future, a spiritual birth of Israel will come to pass......But I tell you that the church (Bride) of Jesus Christ, will already be in heaven well before the two wittnesses start their ministry.......................and once again, what did you find deceptive in the original topic???.......................benny cool.gif

If you are not already in heaven Benny you won't be going there. The nation of antichrists will be destroyed with all other nations. The Lords people will be brought out of every nation and the alloy of the nations that they were in will be purged out of them. That includes the Christians in the Israel of the flesh.
You are confused Benny this is my topic not the one about your fallen soldier.

You should read the rest of the scripture and find out how to get there from here Benny.

1 Corinthians 2
9 But as it is written: "Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him."
10 But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God.
11 For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God.

Hello Benny,
Perhaps you would like to provide some scriptures to support your statements.
The idea of inventing a new body of believers calle the Tribulation Saints is basically a way of arguing your way out of a wet paper bag. The pretrib doctrine just will not hold water. How can the church be taken out of the world if there are still accounts of Christians being persecuted during the tribulation? Then having to invent an entirely new category of believers which 1. Aren't members of the church because that was raptured away. 2. Don't have the Holy Spirit because that was the restrainer taken out of the world. Pretrib then has to add insult to injury by saying that these poor saints which have no church and no Holy Spirit also miss out on being the brides of Christ and instead just scrape in as last minute guests at the wedding supper.

Nothing in the scriptures describes this outrageous scenario.

So the Christian who gets raptured out of his lounge chair with his packet of chips gets to bang on at the wedding supper while they watch these sort of pseudo christians getting beheaded and dieing for the gospel.
WRONG.
These saints who endure during the GT receive great honour from our Lord.
Rev 7:13 And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they? 14 And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
Noticed they are arrayed in the same garb as is given to those who are married to Christ.
Rev 19:7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. 8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: [1] for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. 9 And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb.

So clearly they will be part of the marriage supper of the lamb which occurs AFTER the seven seals the 5th of which is the GT. AFTER the sixth seal which is the heavenly signs and wonders, AFTER the seven trumpet plagues and most likely occurs at the LAST bowl of the seven last plagues as the battle of Armageddon is described here in Rev 19:11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. 12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. 13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. 14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. 15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. 16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND Lord OF LordS. 17 And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God; 18 That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great. 19 And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army. 20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone. 21 And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.

So clearly the marriage supper DOES NOT occur prior to the GT. It occurs RIGHT AT THE END of the wrath of the Lamb JUST BEFORE the throwing of the false prophet and the beast into the lake of fire and the binding of Satan into the bottomless pit.

Rev 20:1 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. 2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, 3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season. 4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years 5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.

Notice again that those Saints who went through the tribulation receive the greatest of honours, living and reigning with Christ for 1000 years. They are certainly not receiving some reward second best to the pretrib whisked awayers. It's ludicrous that pretrib whisked awayers would receive a better reward than those who resist unto blood during the tribulation.

Added to this is that if the saints are raptured before the tribulation then how will the tribulation saints live and rule during the millenium when Rev 20 specifically states that the "rest of the dead" do not live again until AFTER the one thousand years. So clearly they must be participants in the first resurrection. Indeed Rev 20 specifically says that they do. The first 5 verses are absolutely describing the First Resurrection as is specifically stated in verse 5. "This is the first resurrection".

So you tell me Benny "How do the saints live and reign with Jesus during if they have missed out on the First Resurrection and if the Second Resurrection does not occur until the end of the 1000 years?

Dear Excubitor,...A reply to your resurrection question....Daniel 12:2 summarizes the two very different fates facing mankind: “Many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.” Everyone will be raised from the dead, but not everyone will share the same destiny. The New Testament reveals the further detail of separate resurrections for the just and the unjust.

Revelation 20:4-6 mentions a “first resurrection” and identifies those involved as “blessed and holy.” The second death (the lake of fire, Revelation 20:14) has no power over these individuals. The first resurrection, then, is the raising of all believers. It corresponds with Jesus’ teaching of the “resurrection of the just” (Luke 14:14) and the “resurrection of life” (John 5:29).

The first resurrection takes place in various stages. Jesus Christ Himself (the “firstfruits,” 1 Corinthians 15:20), paved the way for the resurrection of all who believe in Him. There was a resurrection of the Jerusalem saints (Matthew 27:52-53) which should be included in our consideration of the first resurrection. Still to come are the resurrection of “the dead in Christ” at the Lord’s return (1 Thessalonians 4:16) and the resurrection of the martyrs at the end of the Tribulation (Revelation 20:4).

Revelation 20:12-13 identifies those comprising the second resurrection as the wicked judged by God prior to being cast into the lake of fire. The second resurrection, then, is the raising of all unbelievers; the second resurrection is connected to the second death. It corresponds with Jesus’ teaching of the “resurrection of damnation” (John 5:29).

The event which divides the first and second resurrections seems to be the millennial kingdom. The last of the righteous are raised to reign “with Christ a thousand years” (Revelation 20:4), but the “rest of the dead [that is, the wicked] lived not again until the thousand years were finished” (Revelation 20:5).

What great rejoicing will attend the first resurrection! What great anguish at the second! What a responsibility we have to share the gospel! “And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire” (Jude 23).

The religious people of Christs time were under the same misunderstanding of Daniel 12 that you have stated here Benny. Here Christ answers them and shines the Light on the subject about every one being physically resurrected.

Matthew 22
29 Jesus answered and said to them, "You are mistaken, not knowing the Scriptures nor the power of God.
30 For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like messengers of God in heaven.
31 But concerning the resurrection of the dead, have you not read what was spoken to you by God, saying,
32 'I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob'? God is not the God of the dead, but of the living."

I knew it. This is the mental gymnastics that pretribbers must resort to. Just as Jesus has to come back in several stages for his second coming so must the first resurrection also has to take place in several stages under the pretrib model. There is absolutely NO evidence of two stages of the return of Christ and there is equally zero evidence of several stages of the first resurrection. In fact the book of Revelation goes to great pains to teach us that there is ONE resurrection at the start of the millenium and a SECOND for the rest of the dead at the end of the millenium. Why would you abandon the clear statement of scripture so readily?

Your carving up of scripture is inadmissable Benny. By the way the Jerusalem saints were resurrected to physical life not eternal incorruptible life. If this were not so then how could Christ be called the First of the Firstfruits if he had been preceeded by the Jerusalem saints.

There is only one return of Christ and at that moment in a flash of Light the dead and the living saints go up to meet Him in the Air and to those left on the ground the saints will just seem to be coming with Him. In the twinkling of an eye, in a moment.

Matthew 24
27 For as the lightning comes from the east and flashes to the west, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.
28 For wherever the carcass is, there the eagles will be gathered together.

1 Corinthians 15
52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

1 Thessalonians 4
16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first.
17 Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.

TWO THINGS: dear EX,
I am always amazed at how when a pretrib person presents their case, anyone that is not pretrib gets very mad...you can feel the anger in your response to benny. why so angry. I never see that anger in a pretrib when they try to defend their view. It is a doctrine difference...no different than those that think baptism should be submerged vs those who sprinkle...somebody is wrong but not doomed to hell because of it. A lot of people on this board doom pretribers to hell. I hope pretribers are right dont you EX? why would you want to be here for trib?

Dear godsloft, Jude 1:14 says Jesus comes back with all his saints w/ him. So, if you have the order of events right, Jesus comes back at the end of trib and raptures the christians who then immediatley spin around in the clouds and come back down to earth...it makes more since if the rapture happens before the second coming and we come back with him. do you not see that?
timothy423
I agree with Godsloft that the 2 witnesses are sent (at least partly) to the churches. There are scriptures for this that the Lord showed me a very few months back and I gave a sermon on it.
Rev 1:12 And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks;
Although the message to the 7 churches were for that time as well, this is also a message to 7 churches of today because this is in a book of prophecy.
Notice that John sees all 7 churches at the same time, they all exist at the same time today as well.
Then notice:
Rev 11:3 And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.
Rev 11:4 These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth.
Then notice:
Zec 4:2 And said unto me, What seest thou? And I said, I have looked, and behold a candlestick all of gold, with a bowl upon the top of it, and his seven lamps thereon, and seven pipes to the seven lamps, which are upon the top thereof:
Zec 4:3 And two olive trees by it, one upon the right side of the bowl, and the other upon the left side thereof.
Zec 4:6 Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.
Zec 4:12 And I answered again, and said unto him, What be these two olive branches which through the two golden pipes empty the golden oil out of themselves?
So, the 2 witnesses of Rev. 11 are the same two olive trees of Zech 4 which have the Holy Spirit and feed the 7 lamps (7 churches) with the oil (Holy Spirit).
Their mission is 3 fold:
1. To feed the churches with the Holy Spirit by the might of the Lord.
2. To Witness to all of mankind and tell them to repent. (restore all things, Elijah)
3. Prepare mankind for the coming of the Lord.

Also, I agree that there is NO pre-tribulation rapture into heaven.
1 Thess. 4 speaks of the catching away as being completely tied with the Resurrection of the saints with the shout and with the trumpet. Notice when this resurrection occurs:
Rev 20:1 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.
Rev 20:2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,
Rev 20:5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.
It's when satan is cast into the bottomless pit for 1,000 years. It's not before the tribulation.
Mat 24:29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
Mat 24:30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
Mat 24:31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
Notice that Matt. 24 says the great sound of a trumpet and the gathering of his people to Him will be after the triblulation not before.
But there are cities of refuge and places of safety on earth for SOME of the saints during the tribulation.
Notice:
Rev 12:6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.
Rev 12:14 And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.
Rev 12:15 And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.
Rev 12:16 And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.
Rev 12:17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

QUOTE(Godsloft.com @ Mar 25 2007, 12:44 PM)

1 Corinthians 6
2 Do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if the world will be judged by you, are you unworthy to judge the smallest matters?

Revelation 5
10 And have made us kings and priests to our God; And we shall reign on the earth."

Revelation 20
6 Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years.

Jude 1
14 Now Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about these men also, saying, "Behold, the Lord comes with ten thousands of His saints,
15 to execute judgment on all, to convict all who are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have committed in an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him."

Matthew 13
40 Therefore as the tares are gathered and burned in the fire, so it will be at the end of this age.
41 The Son of Man will send out His messengers, and they will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those who practice lawlessness,
42 and will cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
43 Then the righteous will shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears to hear, let him hear!

Matthew 24
27 For as the lightning comes from the east and flashes to the west, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.
28 For wherever the carcass is, there the eagles will be gathered together.

Luke 17
24 For as the lightning that flashes out of one part under heaven shines to the other part under heaven, so also the Son of Man will be in His day.

Luke 17
37 And they answered and said to Him, "Where, Lord?" So He said to them, "Wherever the body is, there the eagles will be gathered together."

1 Corinthians 15
51 Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed--
52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

Matthew 24
45 "Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his master made ruler over his household, to give them food in due season?
46 Blessed is that servant whom his master, when he comes, will find so doing.

Luke 12
42 And the Lord said, "Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his master will make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of food in due season?
43 Blessed is that servant whom his master will find so doing when he comes.

Revelation 11
3 And I will give power to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy one thousand two hundred and sixty days, clothed in sackcloth."
4 These are the two olive trees and the two lampstands standing before the God of the earth.
5 And if anyone wants to harm them, fire proceeds from their mouth and devours their enemies. And if anyone wants to harm them, he must be killed in this manner.
6 These have power to shut heaven, so that no rain falls in the days of their prophecy; and they have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to strike the earth with all plagues, as often as they desire.
7 When they finish their testimony, the beast that ascends out of the bottomless pit will make war against them, overcome them, and kill them.
8 And their dead bodies will lie in the street of the great city which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.
9 Then those from the peoples, tribes, tongues, and nations will see their dead bodies three-and-a-half days, and not allow their dead bodies to be put into graves.
10 And those who dwell on the earth will rejoice over them, make merry, and send gifts to one another, because these two prophets tormented those who dwell on the earth.

Daniel 12
1 "At that time Michael shall stand up, The great prince who stands watch over the sons of your people; And there shall be a time of trouble, Such as never was since there was a nation, Even to that time. And at that time your people shall be delivered, Every one who is found written in the book.
5 Then I, Daniel, looked; and there stood two others, one on this riverbank and the other on that riverbank.
6 And one said to the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, "How long shall the fulfillment of these wonders be?"
7 Then I heard the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand to heaven, and swore by Him who lives forever, that it shall be for a time, times, and half a time; and when the power of the holy people has been completely shattered, all these things shall be finished.
11 And from the time that the daily sacrifice is taken away, and the abomination of desolation is set up, there shall be one thousand two hundred and ninety days.
12 Blessed is he who waits, and comes to the one thousand three hundred and thirty-five days.

Zechariah 13
8 And it shall come to pass in all the land," Says the Lord, "That two-thirds in it shall be cut off and die, But one-third shall be left in it:
9 I will bring the one-third through the fire, Will refine them as silver is refined, And test them as gold is tested. They will call on My name, And I will answer them. I will say, 'This is My people'; And each one will say, 'The Lord is my God.' "

Zechariah 11
9 Then I said, "I will not feed you. Let what is dying die, and what is perishing perish. Let those that are left eat each other's flesh."

Deuteronomy 12
31 You shall not worship the Lord your God in that way; for every abomination to the Lord which He hates they have done to their gods; for they burn even their sons and daughters in the fire to their gods.

Jeremiah 19
9 And I will cause them to eat the flesh of their sons and the flesh of their daughters, and everyone shall eat the flesh of his friend in the siege and in the desperation with which their enemies and those who seek their lives shall drive them to despair." '

Lamentations 4
10 The hands of the compassionate women Have cooked their own children; They became food for them In the destruction of the daughter of my people.

Lamentations 2
20 "See, O Lord, and consider! To whom have You done this? Should the women eat their offspring, The children they have cuddled?* Should the priest and prophet be slain In the sanctuary of the Lord?

Deuteronomy 28
53 You shall eat the fruit of your own body, the flesh of your sons and your daughters whom the Lord your God has given you, in the siege and desperate straits in which your enemy shall distress you.
54 The sensitive and very refined man among you will be hostile toward his brother, toward the wife of his bosom, and toward the rest of his children whom he leaves behind,
55 so that he will not give any of them the flesh of his children whom he will eat, because he has nothing left in the siege and desperate straits in which your enemy shall distress you at all your gates.
56 The tender and delicate woman among you, who would not venture to set the sole of her foot on the ground because of her delicateness and sensitivity, will refuse to the husband of her bosom, and to her son and her daughter,
57 her placenta which comes out from between her feet and her children whom she bears; for she will eat them secretly for lack of everything in the siege and desperate straits in which your enemy shall distress you at all your gates.

Isaiah 9
19 Through the wrath of the Lord of hosts The land is burned up, And the people shall be as fuel for the fire; No man shall spare his brother.
20 And he shall snatch on the right hand And be hungry; He shall devour on the left hand And not be satisfied; Every man shall eat the flesh of his own arm.

Jeremiah 25
30 "Therefore prophesy against them all these words, and say to them: 'The Lord will roar from on high, And utter His voice from His holy habitation; He will roar mightily against His fold. He will give a shout, as those who tread the grapes, Against all the inhabitants of the earth.
31 A noise will come to the ends of the earth-- For the Lord has a controversy with the nations; He will plead His case with all flesh. He will give those who are wicked to the sword,' says the Lord."
32 Thus says the Lord of hosts: "Behold, disaster shall go forth From nation to nation, And a great whirlwind shall be raised up From the farthest parts of the earth.
33 And at that day the slain of the Lord shall be from one end of the earth even to the other end of the earth. They shall not be lamented, or gathered, or buried; they shall become refuse on the ground.
34 "Wail, shepherds, and cry! Roll about in the ashes, You leaders of the flock! For the days of your slaughter and your dispersions are fulfilled; You shall fall like a precious vessel.
35 And the shepherds will have no way to flee, Nor the leaders of the flock to escape.
36 A voice of the cry of the shepherds, And a wailing of the leaders to the flock will be heard. For the Lord has plundered their pasture,
37 And the peaceful dwellings are cut down Because of the fierce anger of the Lord.

Isaiah 34
1 Come near, you nations, to hear; And heed, you people! Let the earth hear, and all that is in it, The world and all things that come forth from it.
2 For the indignation of the Lord is against all nations, And His fury against all their armies; He has utterly destroyed them, He has given them over to the slaughter.
3 Also their slain shall be thrown out; Their stench shall rise from their corpses, And the mountains shall be melted with their blood.
4 All the host of heaven shall be dissolved, And the heavens shall be rolled up like a scroll; All their host shall fall down As the leaf falls from the vine, And as fruit falling from a fig tree.

Isaiah 24
1 Behold, the Lord makes the earth empty and makes it waste, Distorts its surface And scatters abroad its inhabitants.
2 And it shall be: As with the people, so with the priest; As with the servant, so with his master; As with the maid, so with her mistress; As with the buyer, so with the seller; As with the lender, so with the borrower; As with the creditor, so with the debtor.
3 The land shall be entirely emptied and utterly plundered, For the Lord has spoken this word.
4 The earth mourns and fades away, The world languishes and fades away; The haughty people of the earth languish.
5 The earth is also defiled under its inhabitants, Because they have transgressed the laws, Changed the ordinance, Broken the everlasting covenant.
6 Therefore the curse has devoured the earth, And those who dwell in it are desolate. Therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, And few men are left.

Deuteronomy 32
20 And He said: 'I will hide My face from them, I will see what their end will be, For they are a perverse generation, Children in whom is no faith.
29 Oh, that they were wise, that they understood this, That they would consider their latter end!
30 How could one chase a thousand, And two put ten thousand to flight, Unless their Rock had sold them, And the Lord had surrendered them?
31 For their rock is not like our Rock, Even our enemies themselves being judges.

Isaiah 22
12 And in that day the Lord God of hosts Called for weeping and for mourning, For baldness and for girding with sackcloth.

Amos 8
9 "And it shall come to pass in that day," says the Lord God, "That I will make the sun go down at noon, And I will darken the earth in broad daylight;
10 I will turn your feasts into mourning, And all your songs into lamentation; I will bring sackcloth on every waist, And baldness on every head; I will make it like mourning for an only son, And its end like a bitter day.

Joel 2
1 Blow the trumpet in Zion, And sound an alarm in My holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble; For the day of the Lord is coming, For it is at hand:
2 A day of darkness and gloominess, A day of clouds and thick darkness, Like the morning clouds spread over the mountains. A people come, great and strong, The like of whom has never been; Nor will there ever be any such after them, Even for many successive generations.
3 A fire devours before them, And behind them a flame burns; The land is like the Garden of Eden before them, And behind them a desolate wilderness; Surely nothing shall escape them.
4 Their appearance is like the appearance of horses; And like swift steeds, so they run.
5 With a noise like chariots Over mountaintops they leap, Like the noise of a flaming fire that devours the stubble, Like a strong people set in battle array.
6 Before them the people writhe in pain; All faces are drained of color.
7 They run like mighty men, They climb the wall like men of war; Every one marches in formation, And they do not break ranks.
8 They do not push one another; Every one marches in his own column. Though they lunge between the weapons, They are not cut down.
9 They run to and fro in the city, They run on the wall; They climb into the houses, They enter at the windows like a thief.
10 The earth quakes before them, The heavens tremble; The sun and moon grow dark, And the stars diminish their brightness.
11 The Lord gives voice before His army, For His camp is very great; For strong is the One who executes His word. For the day of the Lord is great and very terrible; Who can endure it?

Ezekiel 9
1 Then He called out in my hearing with a loud voice, saying, "Let those who have charge over the city draw near, each with a deadly weapon in his hand."
2 And suddenly six men came from the direction of the upper gate, which faces north, each with his battle-ax in his hand. One man among them was clothed with linen and had a writer's inkhorn at his side. They went in and stood beside the bronze altar.
3 Now the glory of the God of Israel had gone up from the cherub, where it had been, to the threshold of the temple. And He called to the man clothed with linen, who had the writer's inkhorn at his side;
4 and the Lord said to him, "Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and put a mark on the foreheads of the men who sigh and cry over all the abominations that are done within it."
5 To the others He said in my hearing, "Go after him through the city and kill; do not let your eye spare, nor have any pity.
6 Utterly slay old and young men, maidens and little children and women; but do not come near anyone on whom is the mark; and begin at My sanctuary." So they began with the elders who were before the temple.
7 Then He said to them, "Defile the temple, and fill the courts with the slain. Go out!" And they went out and killed in the city.
8 So it was, that while they were killing them, I was left alone; and I fell on my face and cried out, and said, "Ah, Lord God! Will You destroy all the remnant of Israel in pouring out Your fury on Jerusalem?"
9 Then He said to me, "The iniquity of the house of Israel and Judah is exceedingly great, and the land is full of bloodshed, and the city full of perversity; for they say, 'The Lord has forsaken the land, and the Lord does not see!'
10 And as for Me also, My eye will neither spare, nor will I have pity, but I will recompense their deeds on their own head."
11 Just then, the man clothed with linen, who had the inkhorn at his side, reported back and said, "I have done as You commanded me."

Revelation 14
1 Then I looked, and behold, a* Lamb standing on Mount Zion, and with Him one hundred and forty-four thousand, having His Father's name written on their foreheads.
2 And I heard a voice from heaven, like the voice of many waters, and like the voice of loud thunder. And I heard the sound of harpists playing their harps.
3 They sang as it were a new song before the throne, before the four living creatures, and the elders; and no one could learn that song except the hundred and forty-four thousand who were redeemed from the earth.
4 These are the ones who were not defiled with women, for they are virgins. These are the ones who follow the Lamb wherever He goes. These were redeemed from among men, being firstfruits to God and to the Lamb. 5 And in their mouth was found no deceit, for they are without fault before the throne of God.

Revelation 7
13 Then one of the elders answered, saying to me, "Who are these arrayed in white robes, and where did they come from?"
14 And I said to him, "Sir, you know." So he said to me, "These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
15 Therefore they are before the throne of God, and serve Him day and night in His temple. And He who sits on the throne will dwell among them.
16 They shall neither hunger anymore nor thirst anymore; the sun shall not strike them, nor any heat;
17 for the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne will shepherd them and lead them to living fountains of waters. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes."

Those who have the mark of the Lord from the writers ink horn will not be harmed. You need to understand and believe that the New covenant that Christ brought changed who Jerusalem and Judah are from the time Christ came until the end.

Dear godsloft,...LoL. tongue.gif ....Grandkids have a way of distracting.........Well the Lord says, that no man has ever seen, heard, nor can he imagine the things that God has prepared for those who love Him.......So this is definately not heaven that I am living in, but A place called earth.....But I do think I know what you are saying ..............your statement of (quote)=That includes the Christians in the Israel of the flesh....If you are refering to christians, which would be people who have come to accept Jesus during the tribulation period, then that would be correct,...but [u]if you are refering to the Bride of Jesus Christ....that would be incorrect, for the Bride will have already been caught up before the tribulation begins[..........well got to start supper for the kids...catch you later on the upswing....later tonight...............................................benny cool.gif

Where does it say we will miss the tribulation? the seals actually names the tribulation period before the gathering of his elect from the four corners at the last trump of God. We are only promised to escape Gods Wrath after, but not the tribulation in which the beast is given power to conquer the saints and many decieved. The New Testiment warned those that read the letters of those times in case the time came that they will be thrown in prison, and some killed, but to stay faithfull until the end and they will be saved. Not that they would be taken away and then their friends and family thats left would have to undergo this trial of faith. Not to cause a ruckus cause I'm not home to finish until later, I just saw a good oppurtunity to bring up . I love your post and what you bring to the Kingdom. Hopefully one day I can get internet back so I can finish my post on Islam and the final beast empire. (Not claiming that it is but just interesting facts) . Hope to see your reply soon, cause I miss talking to you all. ITs been forever.
