I recently purchased Life After Death: The Burden of Proof by Deepak Chopra. Along with that book I purhcased Flight of the Feathered Serpent (a book pertaining to Judas Iscariot), the Four Agreements, and We Are Eternal by Robert Brown (He is a known medium). I am finding myself being very interested in these types of books....Gnostic Wisdom along with Life after death topics. I am telling you right now that these books are very, very convincing. They don't knock the Christian faith (although you could make the argument) but they involve it with the others. What is the overall opinions on these books? I told myself before purchasing these books that I wouldn't lose focus on my faith, but it is getting increasingly difficult day by day to keep it. Doctrine of Demons? or what? What is making me so darn interested in these books? I have to question my motives sometimes....I tell myself I am just learning from a different viewpoint but I seem to be slipping.
