We need prayer right now. There is a forest fire on the hill across from our home. It is on another hill from where the last fire was that the neighbor boys started. This is hugh and at this time not contained. They have evacuated about 100 people. Please pray that the Lord will cause the fire to burn out or send rain. Also need protection for the firefighters, and our homes. I have no water faucet outside at this time because of the pipe bursting at the last cold snap so no way to wet down the house and yard. We are in Gods hands.

Oh Father, in Jesus name I ask you to protect Hisloveabides' house and yard from the fire. I ask that you quench the flames and protect the firefighters. Thank you for your protection. Amen.

Thankyou so much everyone for lifting us all in prayer. The news said it is still not contained. The forest service is at the top of the mountain and the firefighters are at the bottom. They said every dept. in the county is there and two surrounding counties are there too at this time. They said because of the steep terrain, they have to let it burn to them and then they can fight it. Praise the Lord at this time no one is hurt and no homes loss. The news station, which is 40 miles away, said when they came to report on the fire they saw it from miles away and it looked like the top of a volcano that had erupted. Thankyou again for your prayers. I am resting in the Lord's arms. Will let you know more as soon as I can.

Thankyou so much everyone for your prayers. They are working. The fire is contained now. Apparently it was two fires that converged because of the wind. The fires that we see right now are backfires. I had to get up early today for work so had to go to bed last night and not sit up all night worrying about the fire. I stood on the verse:
Psa 4:8 I will lie down in peace and sleep, for you alone, O Lord, will keep me safe.
and Praise the Lord, GOD is good. Thankyou brothers and sisters. I love you all.

Thankyou everyone for your prayers and thoughts. They have the fire undercontrol as of now. They are not ruling out that this is of a suspicious nature. God is so good. While I was standing on my hill looking across at the hugh flames last night, I was asking the Lord for protection and He reminded me of something. What He reminded me of was the unique way that He worked to protect us from the fire that the neighbor boys set and that gave me peace. I can't say it enough....Praise GOD! Praise GOD! Praise GOD!
