From my child days I prayed all statue ( before I was a Hindu , a religion in India , I am ashmed of that now) GOD showed me the truth through my Husband.I got married to a christian and my parents are against me.But now they are talking to me.I got 2 brother.I love them all but I really dont know how to make them feel the true love of GOD.

Can anyone tell me how to make them realize that Jesus is our saviour.I am very happy for the way christianity came into India and how it got to know to all people here.But how to approach one and say about our GOD?.I am still learning Bible, don't know how to preach one to turn them up to our true GOD.I feel bad on seeing my loved one who pray all statue( to my understanding all satanic idiols)

I can see this group got all blessed people and great prophets.would like to know how can I save my friends and family who are still praying idiols.I tried once to approach my mother, but not able to convince her...she was praying those idiols for more than 50 years...i tried approach my brothers but both of them are non beleiver of GOD itself.this really makes me more sad...

I am very happy for how christianity spreaded in India but I am not able to make my family beleive..I am not even able to change my mother.....I know it cannot be done in one day but I feel there is no chance for them to repent....I wish If you all pray for them,atleast there is a chance....I know I am selfish ...looking only my family...but I am not able to convince them ...then how can i tell others...i don't know how to approach....may be that could be the reason...would like to learn something from you all...so that I can do a better approach...please guide me...or should I leave it to GOD...who can show them what they are doing is wrong?

Oh honey, you're not being selfish! Of course you would want your family to be saved! Nothing wrong with that. At this point, I would suggest to just pray and pray for them. Show them by example what it is to be a Christian...sometimes the subtle way works best. Put them in God's hands...read your bible daily if possible and nurture your relationship with Christ. The more you grow in Christ, the more spritual wisdom He will give you to minister to people.


For with God nothing shall be impossible. Luke 1:37

Excelent advice here. Don't allow yourself to get frustrated although we are only human and we will have a contrite spirit at times...But as the Bible tells us...God is the beginning and the End...the Alpha and the Omega...he is also the finisher of our Faith and gives us all a measure of Faith.

He will convict your families hearts and he will also use you as a vessel of His Holy Spirit which dwells within you...Think on this...This is the greatest opportunity given by the Grace of God that no one can claim as their own (God's Grace be unto you always)...but to glorify the Father whose LOVE will bring you everlasting Peace and serinity in the awe of his mercy and mercy for us all. And EVERY KNEE will BOW and EVERY TONGUE CONFESS that JESUS IS LORD...so know this and set you eyes and ears on Christ Jesus alone...don't allow anyone to steal your joy...but let your joy be a witness to the TRUTH that lives within you...for no greater love than this...that a friend should lay down their lives for one another...He knows you better than any human being here now...and he will continue to give you the courage and the peace and grace before anything you do..stop and listen allow his peace to come to you and then speak and you will not be offended but his LIGHT WILL SHINE THROUGH YOU....the only thing that people run from is TRUTH when it convicts us through spirit OF GOD WITHIN US ALL...his BREATH IS LIFE...Choose LIFE or CHOOSE death...he will guide you in all things. But be prepared to be accused because the Truth lives within you.

Iam in same condition has you. Though i keeping telling my mum about Jesus everyday. Yet she prays to idols. Maybe i have to show my mum Jesus within me. Iam doing my best.

Prayer + Lifestyle Evangelism + Allowing someone else to do it = Your familie's Salvation.

See in Judges chapter 6 Gideon cut down the sacred pole of Baal, a false god, and when the people were about to stone him, he responded " Are you trying to take revenge for Baal? Are you trying to rescue Baal? If you are, you will be the ones who are put to death, and it will happen before another day dawns. If Baal really is a god, let him take his own revenge on someone who tears down his altar." No false god can defend himself. Only our GOD sent fire down from Heaven to consume his enimies.
