Aren't you glad God is powerful enough to change the course of things. Much prophesied on the forum over the years are scenarios God warned about..And in fact could have well been reality.

Dean why did God spare us for a short season? Mercy and grace? But what about the attachments to that? Is he doing this for the sake of the elect?...the remnant as with Hezekiah?

In 2025 I'll be 77 if God allows me to live. I wasn't sure about a 7 year period before 25? Anyway..We can live again...more hopefully.. Maybe we ought to spread this good news of renewed hope so that those on the cliffs edge will take a leap of faith.
Not to their death but to the arm of that tree..the tree of life.

I think it's a bit premature to to think 2012 will be a cake walk. I have a few reservations. One, Dean says God 'reserves the right' to extend the time. That is only to recognize His authority. I don't see this as a guarantee other than it is more of a contingent of things that must happen first before God should exercise that right.

Secondly the referencing scripture Isaiah wrote about the king Hezekiah showing deep remorse upon the news that he was to prepare to die, and God extended his life only after seeing his tears and plea to remember him. So what must come to pass for America and Israel to remorse and come to God that He will extend the time to 15 years?

My experience with grieving is that it is not a pleasant thing in that it breaks the heart in deep bitterness and sorrow and acceptance in the humility that things are as they are for the hope of a greater purpose.

That's something that will be hard to face for most individuals if not an entire nation or the world. What tragedy shall await for a people to tear their clothes, fall to their knees and weep?

2012 will not be easy.

There are so many awesome things going on and God doesn't want to see them all come down..Remember..He stays his hand for the sake of 10. How many more will he stay his hand for. He doesn't want to do what would happen if he did it.

What I am wondering is about Hezekiah's son, Manasseh. Manasseh would not have been born if Hezekiah's life was not extended. Manasseh was the most wicked king that Judah ever knew, and who brought down the wrath of God so much that the bible repeatedly says that even despite future godly kings like Josiah, judgment was still to fall on Jerusalem because of what Manasseh did.


Will grace shown only lead to further wickedness?


The clock turned back (i.e., the sun on the sundial of Ahaz) is also a very interesting event to do with Hezekiah, worth more pondering. It reminds me of when the sun stopped shining as Jesus hung on the cross at noon.


Volcanic dust clouds over Norway, April 15, 2010.

I am also wondering about the Volcano in Europe currently spewing out dust and disrupting the economy of Europe by hindering plane flights. The delays also began April 15^th, 2010. This day, as said in the first post, symbolically represents the year AD 30, the year Jesus died and all went dark at noon.

Dean, three things come to mind, that have all happened quickly. The lastest, of course, is the eruption of the Islandic volcano. Your right in noting the date of the nuclear agreements, with these events. In Revelation 8, it talks about earthquakes, fire from the mountains and stars falling from the heavens. We've seen a meteor, several earthquakes, and this volcanic eruption. All within a very short span of time.

King Manasseh shed a lot of blood. I am wondering the connection with Israel's Peace treaty, and our president's apparent dislike for Israel. Any thoughts?

Hezekiah, spoke to the king of Assyria, (Modern day Syria). Right now, Israel is claiming Syria gave weapons to Huzbullah.

I find this absolutely amazing Shekel. We all see you for what you are,a vision, a voice, a humble, and wise one at that. At the time I became most convinced that the shoe was going to drop and soon, Iread this string. My mouth was a gaping hole. I was dumbstruck.

However, delays go with your communication. You are not the first nor will you be the last to weedle that word from the codes and the relationship. So there's no dismissiveness over it and heck I'll watch my two boys grow some gladly.

In my line of watching I think the next 12 months will reveal why this sparing is. We seem at such a crossroads and all the powers that be seem so entrenched that it's hard to imagine what would reverse this course. But as you and others said there is a reason, maybe to forge the faithful, maybe to increase the harvest, but it's really hard to imagine the next 15 years weakening evil. All seems in alignment for that stone to only gather more moss. And what of Isreal? Of all of the (seeming) railroad tracks that one seems to have no potential for change.

Well now that I've thoroughly examined the gift horses teeth, Thank You and Praise be I pray your sight be true.
