Miki, the word you have spoken is very clear and a help to me to remember from whence I came. I am filled with thanksgiving to the Father for helping me remember and keeping one of His promises to me through this word. When one journey's into the deep, they need to be reminded about where they came from and in what condition they were when the Father found them.

So saying this, I leave this word for those who are oppressed and/or keep themselves under oppressors. Eat, chew and digest this bread with a cool cup of water. Cry-out Abba Father!

You can't fool God...We must truly learn from what's just happened to us as a nation because of the Church.. Not everybody of course..God has seen the forbearance of the saints and will prosper many because of it.. (for the sake of the oppressed)the rest will twitter the outpouring away and will be given to the wolves for the saving of their souls.

I see Hollywood stepping into Haiti.. I believe it will follow the course mentioned below.

Help will come through the world for the sake of the needy and oppressed because of the prayers of the saints.

In the Spring of 08 the Lord began to demonstrate to me the near melt down coming to his people and this country....At the time l knew it was coming from coast to coast and from all 4 corners.. I just wasn't sure it would be global. It was a chastisement and what l called a severe warning.

I'm wondering if a recovery for God's purposes will begin to manifest itself this year. I'm wondering about sudden changes that will expedite this.

God will use the things of the world in the immediate season for recovery for his purposes. He will move once again. He has spared a portion unto himself for his reasons and he's answerable to no man. He's had mercy on the broken hearted and will bind up the wounds and give another opportunity for some to catch the tailwind.

The time that's coming will be a surprise but don't forget not to take credit... for it's the Lord's own doing....... for his purposes and not because any of us really deserve it. (though many have borne long)

I'm also reminded just before the manifested move of God that the enemy rears his head..but God will even use that. Stay the course. God will bail many out who don't deserve it... for the good of those oppressed. and probably for much more that l don't see in fullness.

I have a sense about this time...that for some this is the final call. This is a brief reprieve..A time to look back and reflect on many things. God will not be mocked. He will hold accountable those that witness his out pouring at this time and refuse to seize the day but remain in the business as usual mode. This is a huge mercy move coming..An undeserved reprieve.

The philanthropic stars' Friday evening Hope for Haiti Now: A Global Benefit for Earthquake Relief telethon raised more than $57 million to date for relief efforts in the Caribbean country, E! News has confirmed. The star-studded event shattered records for money donated by the public through a telethon.

Clooney and Jean led efforts for the event, rounding up celebrity troops from Hollywood and beyond to answer phones for donations and perform for the sake of charity.

I'm wondering if the type of article below...which declares that Haiti is a failed state is what the Lord is talking about. If the Lord wants to give Haiti a second chance and use it as a demonstration he will.

I'm also considering reparations. From the Lord's perspective...from a spiritual perspective...

After all... the reasons so many slaves where brought to Haiti in the first place was support the coffee and sugar crops. They were one of the biggest suppliers to Europe. Basically the descendant of these slave populate the majority of Haiti now. The cruel owners brought the manifestation of voodoo through the slaves because of this great cruelty.

Don't give money to Haiti

Between the Twitter campaigns and the telethons and the corporate donations and the record sums raised through text messages, you can be sure that an enormous amount of cash is going to end up being raised to help Haiti. This is not necessarily a good thing.

For one thing, right now there's very little that can be done with the money. There are myriad bottlenecks and obstacles involved in getting help to the Haitians who need it, but lack of funds is not one of them. For the next few weeks, help will come largely from governments, who are also spending hundreds of millions of dollars and mobilizing thousands of soldiers to the cause. But with the UN alone seeking to raise $550 million, it's going to be easy to say that all the money donated to date isn't remotely enough.

The problem is that Haiti, if it wasn't a failed state before the earthquake, is almost certainly a failed state now — and one of the lessons we've learned from trying to rebuild failed states elsewhere in the world is that throwing money at the issue is very likely to backfire.
