You are right. The anti-Christ will be like Jesus a lot, the spirit of anti-Christ will be in someone like Jesus. He leads into nothing as it will all be illusion, lies and deception. Irenaeus was confronted with many false teachings from the spirit of anti-Christ. Gnosticism is based on teachings from the spirit of anti-Christ.
