Wow!!!
I sure do recognize the diamond in the rough as myself and the darkness that I lived in..I searched and searched the world for life..I found none. In the deepest darkest recesses of the world I wanted death. But even then the Lord sought me. He loved me into life, He loved me into Light. Taking away the marks that the world had left on my mind and soul. He has worked at replacing all the scars with compassion, understanding, patience but most of all waiting on Him to do His next glorious work within me.
Today, I can recognize the diamond. Most definitely not perfected but not dark and rough anylonger either. The parts that have been perfected cause a shine through me that some in the world see and desire to have for themselves. And gladly, without reserve I give it, as He gave to me.
This is the true revival, this is how it really works today. There are too many, so it seems in my small world one at a time is sufficient. For that one who is reached goes out to the world and reaches another and another and ........
Beautiful Wonderful Glorious God!!!! Is turning us into His Bride. What a wonderful Husband He will BE!

I could tell you what you all are "itching" to hear but I can only tell you the Truth. First, let us all remember that God hates disobedience which is why Adam and Eve fell; out of all who followed God through Moses out of Egypt only two (Joshua and Caleb) entered the promised land; King Saul's disobedience caused him to be rejected as king by God (I Samuel 15: 22-23) by thinking sacrifice is better than obedience; and many Christians today whom the Lord Jesus Christ spoke of (Matthew 7: 21-23; Luke 13: 23-28) will weep and gnash their teeth. There are many called but few are chosen.
One of you mentioned about one who was crucified with the Lord and didn't get water baptized. God had mercy on him because he could not come down to do so just as He would be merciful to those who are on their deathbed and can't do likewise.
Now we must believe in the Lord Jesus Christ properly. As I have mentioned in this forum before I will repeat again. There is one God (three become One - Father, Word, Holy Spirit); there is one baptism (three become One - Blood, Water, Holy Spirit). The Lord Jesus Christ said to receive all three or we can never enter God's Kingdom (John 3: 3 and 5). This is how God looks at the heart by whether we believe truthfully or not; this is what has brought great revival to many. Blood baptism - confess with our mouth and believe in our heart the Lord Jesus Christ; Water baptism - fully immersed in water; Holy Spirit baptism - speak in tongues (every example of Holy Spirit baptism in the Bible is evidenced by speaking in tongues). This is the command of the Lord Jesus Christ. May God be glorified in the Son through all who believe....Amen.

They were on their faces that night, crying out for revival.
They had been praying for weeks that the Lord would send His ' POWER ' upon them.
The pastor was draped across the piano bench and the congregation was whispering their prayers
from where they were strewn about on the floor of the tiny country chapel.
We, (my wife, daughter and I) sat upright in our pew, unmoved in the midst of it all,...
watching, listening, searching for even a hint of His presence..... There was none.
Then, from amongst the whispers and sobs, a voice lifted loud and clear.
The ' Matriarch of the flock ' as she was known, was crying out to the Lord!.....
"Oh Lord," she cried! "We love you so much! We want to do great and mighty things for You!"
Over and over she repeated the words..... Finally silence.
Then, from the silence, I heard the voice of the Lord inside of me say in response,...
"I have given you MANY things to do for Me, but they were small and seemingly insignificant
so as you did not reguard them.
He who is faithful in the small things shall also be faithful in the great."
Revival did not come that night.
They ultimatly rejected the word, and me the new-comer,
and as far as I know, it never did come.
Those who cry out for revival are only admitting their lack of obedience whether they realize it or not.
You who feel such a lack of Gods presence and power must understand that He has not moved away from you,
it is you who are not close to Him!
Sin and disobedience do that!
The NEED for revival should not even exist among His people.
And the Lord says,
"Again I say, stop crying out to Me for revival! I tell you stop it!
You cry out from your guilt though you do not repent!
Your words testify against you!
You have My WORD. It has always been with you.
Why do you not DO it?
Why do you rather provoke Me to indifference, you who say that you know Me, but do not?
You cry out for My presence and My power, but you are not willing to learn of Me
and obey Me in the fundamental things.
How My children, so many, are deceived.
They think that they can have their life and My life too.
I have told you to lay down YOUR life and take up MINE.
Do you see room for compromise there?
Do you see room for chance?
My WORD is specific and fundamental O man.
My WORD will judge you.
Know you not that you will be judged O man?
Know you not that My WORD will JUDGE you!?
Do not cry out for the great and mighty, for I say unto you that those who have to cry out to Me for such,

otherwise, My great and mighty works would already be upon you O man.
Stop crying out... Be silent and DO the things that I have said.

yet are cruel to your wife and to your children and have not loved your neighbor,

yet have not submitted in all godly fear and respect know nothing of My basics.
Be SILENT! I HAVE SET THE ORDER!
I have made it so in the earth!
He that loves Me does what I say... Obey My WORD.

I see that you have posted this on several threads...By what authority
do you speak...you are not a prophet...so by what authority do you
bring forth death...and not life...?
No apology from me...I know what you are doing...and I see you....
The Lord rebuke you. And I ask for intercession and mercy for your
actions...for you glorify yourself...and lift yourself up...may you be
broken again...that God will get the glory for your transformation.
