P raise for the Lord God Almighty, shall flow from my lips.
R emember always His loving kindness that shines like the sun
A lways acknowledge Him in all of my daily tasks.
I will praise His name, for He is worthy of such praise.
S ing with tongues of men and angels, the wonders of His Majesty.
E veryone shall bend his knee at His precious Son's name.

T o know in your heart that He is El Shaddai, God Almighty!
H is Son, Jesus Christ will be the Lord and Master in my life.
E ven His enemies shall tremble in great fear, of His awesomeness.

L isten! Our foe shall flee for He bares His arm to protect His own.
O pen your heart to the gentle encouragement that He provides.
R emember to thank Him for the many promises which He keeps.
D elight in the sweetness of His Word, for it is Truth.


PRAISE THE LORD, FOR HE IS GOD!

HE HAS SENT HIS SON, THE

ROCK OF OUR SALVATION!

Unaccustomed To Your Love


You gave your love and
you didn't have to, you know?
Prickly feeling of strange

sensations flood over me.
Inundated with internal explosions.
Confusion, deemed long dead.

Surrounded with no escape possible.
although it's all right,
I don't want to.

Thoughts about being
unaccustomed to your love
quickly fades.

Leave It All Behind


If the Master asked you
to leave it all behind.
Could you?
Would you?
Or would the cords of
ownership bind your heart,
and quietly smother
your vision of the Lord?
Ideas pondered over
morning coffee, hot
and black.
recollections of the rich young ruler; who thought
more of his father's wealth,
than treading the perilous
path of salvation.
Easy street beckons,
calls your name.
It echoes with the eerie
stillness of emptiness.
If the Master asked you,
to leave it all behind?
Could you?
Would you?

Presumed Innocent


Presumed Innocent.
Silence. Deemed guilty.

Blood runs free and red.
Wounds gape ugly.

Rust leaks into and
mingles with the blood.

Matted hair glued to what was
once a face, now obliterated.

Stiletto projectiles pierce
deep to crown with shame.

Raspy breaths struggle for air.
Suffocation beckons.

Blood tinted water flows
as heart tissue gives way.

Death imminent.
Innocence slaughtered.

Night Vision


Visions of storm tossed
winds buffeting me.
But you held me safe
in the palm of your hand.

then I saw thqt you were
held safe in the Father's
Righteous Right Hand.

You declared "No one shall
snatch you from my hand!
what the Father has given
me is mine to keep."

The wind was still as you
commanded it to be.
Peace descended.

His Voice


My bones quake at the sound of His sharp
rebuke of my disobedient frame of mind.
with just a few words of reproof,

He quells the rebellion, silent or otherwise,
that wells up within me. My flesh quivers
at the sudden and stark contrast as quiet

tears course down my face. The full force
of His love is keenly felt as it flows over
and through my heart. Grace and Mercy

granted to my heart that bleeds its pain.
He comforts and stills the fear that races
through my head. Absolute peace comes

quickly like quicksilver flowing into a
sea of quietude. Inhalation of breath
suspended as I wait to hear...His Voice.
