This simply means that the bible is Divine (meaning, from God), that is, it is inspired by God. You should not read anything else into this.

When I get the chance I intend to add a note about the second coming of Christ. Miki brought it to my attention that this is not included. This was not at all intentional. However, ever thing I have ever wrote alludes to or is directly about His Second Coming, so there can be no doubt, surely, as to where I stand.

I personally did not mention the timing of the rapture since I believe that that is a debateable issue.
