Another update. Another tropical storm is expected to form tonight or tomorrow. Three along side of each other. This latest one is expected to hit Florida as a tropical storm (not a hurricane) and drop about a foot of rain.

We need to pray that these storms awaken God's people and the lost to see that all things do not continue as they have since the creation of the world, but that God is trying to get our attention.

As I said in the earlier posts, the Lord was speaking to me about Hurricane Ivan last year when it threatened New Orleans. The mayor then said that if it struck, 100,000 might die. But God spared New Orleans one more year.

But as I was looking at the path of Hurricane Ivan that Jeep sent me I was reminded that hurricane Ivan did something rather unusual. It looped back and took another stab at New Orleans about 7 days later! Look at the image and note that New Orleans is dab in the middle of the two hits that Ivan made in the Gulf of Mexico. The two times that it hit occured during the 10 days of Awe, which according to Jewish tradition are the days that God judges (on His scales --see Balance Bible Code) a man to see if he is worthy to live out the coming year. (The 10 days occur on the first 10 days of the Jewish calendar, ending on the Day of Atonement.) Thus, New Orleans failed the test and did not survive another year. God was warning them, but few were listening.

But it is remarkable how it looped around as if determined to strike New Orleans! But God spared her another year ---as the bible code said. This demonstrates God's mercy and that He is not willing that any should perish but that all should come unto repentance.
