When they died, the garments were passed to Enoch, then to Methuselah and then to Noah. After the flood, Ham stole the garments and hid them. Later, he gave them to his son Cush, who also hid them. Cush then gave them to his son Nimrod. And Nimrod became strong when he put on the garments, and God gave him might and strength, and he was a mighty hunter in the earth, yea he was a mighty hunter in the field, and he hunted the animals and he built altars, and he offered upon them the animals before the Lord. (Jasher 7:30) About a millennium later, Samson had received a similar supernatural strength as long as his hair was not cut by a razor. (Judges 16:17) Nimrod received supernatural strength when he put on Adam's garments.

The garment represents a state of spiritual condition or being. Consider the prodigal son and his state of humility when he went home to tell his father how he had spent his heavenly inheritance on the things of this world. Praise Him for His righteous ways are merciful and just. Amen!

When the Father draws us and we go home to confess with a heart-cry repentance, let us not again be tempted by the lusts of the flesh. I can hear Jesus say, go and sin no more. We received are garment, now we must keep it clean without spot or blemish.

Heb 6:1 Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God,
Heb 6:2 Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.
Heb 6:3 And this will we do, if God permit.
Heb 6:4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,
Heb 6:5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,
Heb 6:6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.

How gracious and merciful is our Father who is in Heaven...blessed be His HOLY name!
