Thank you JESUS!

And thank you to all who have been praying for my daughter who is expecting the baby and her boyfriend (Tim)...

We have only been here in our new town since Monday night and God has provided a job for Tim. This was God definitely as this was not even a job he went and looked for.
A nice neighbor made cookies for us and as we got to talking, she said to send him over to a man she knows...a good Christian...who has a construction company.

He called back today and Tim starts tomorrow.

PRAISE THE LORD!!

"But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come" (John 16:13-14).

"Life is not about waiting for the storms to pass...
it's about learning how to dance in the rain."

"In repentance and rest is your salvation,
in quietness and trust is your strength..."

PRAISING the LORD with you! GOD is GOOD, ALL the TIME! (Doing a little happy dance)Posted Image
John 8:36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

Psalms 103:12 As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.

Matthew 18:35 So likewise shall my heavenly Father do also unto you, if ye from your hearts forgive not every one his brother their trespasses.

REDEEMED and FORGIVEN! PRAISE the LORD!

'To get something you never had, you have to do something you never did.' When God takes something from your grasp, He's not punishing you, but merely opening your hands to receive something better. 'The will of God will never take you where the Grace of God will not protect you.' ~ Unknown

Doing the LORD'S WORK is more important than personal gain. (See Ezra 5:1-5 and Haggai 1.) If the LORD is doing a WORK, I want to be serving HIM in it.

Do you know JESUS? HE's my BEST FRIEND.

Psalms 118:26 Blessed be he that cometh in the name of the LORD: we have blessed you out of the house of the LORD.

May the LORD bless you always, Susan

I need to add in how very thankful I am that this man who gave Tim the job is Christian.

Tim's background is not Christian. He was raised JW and foster care and the streets.

He is really open to hearing about Jesus and reading the Word.

It struck me this morning that one thing Tim really needs is contact with a good Christian man...so that he can observe the differences in such a man, and be witnessed to from a man's perspective.

Praise the LORD for providing that! And please forgive me Lord for not realizing the depth of Your goodness to begin with. Amen
