Just looking a bit more at the properties of 120.
so its 15 x 8,
as well as the triangular sum of 15.
So we see a connection between Peter, 120 and 15 in Acts 1 v15.
In Psalms 90, Moses tells us that a thousand years are like a day, or a watch in the night.
In 2Peter , Peter alludes to the same scripture. 'But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day [is] with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.'
Going by Roman watches, which Jesus referred to, there are 4 watches in the night. So a watch is 3 hours.
Therefore, 1000 years = 1 day = 3hrs
So a day can be seen as 3 hours.
if 3 hrs = 1 day
1 day (3x8) = 8 days
1 day = 8 days (does this say something about circumcision on the 8th day?)
if 1 day = 8 days
15 days (1 x 15) = 120 days ( 8 x 15)
so 15 days = 120 days
See the connection between 15 and 120 ?
Now look at Noah.
8 people were saved from the flood.
God gave mankind a 120 year warning.
Now watch the 15's come in.
Gen 7:20
Fifteen cubits upward did the waters prevail; and the mountains were covered.
what about the ark?
Gen 6:15 And this [is the fashion] which thou shalt make it [of]: The length of the ark [shall be] three hundred cubits, the breadth of it fifty cubits, and the height of it thirty cubits......[with] lower, second, and third [stories] shalt thou make it.
Assuming each storey is 10 cubits, the volume of each storey is 150, 000 cubits,
or 15 x 10power 3 (sorry, its a long time since I did any maths,is that right?)
So we have in the account significant appearances of certain numbers. 8, 15 and 120.
remembering that 8x15 = 120.
Where am I going with this?
DON'T KNOW!!
How about..........
a day = a year ( as per Ezekiel)
so 120 days = 120 years
so where
15 days = 120 days
then
15 days = 120 years
